Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac ekpresu do kawy, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia ekspres do kawy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- ekspres w widoku z przodu, fig.3- ekspres w widoku z tylu, fig.4- ekspres w widoku z boku, fig.5-ekspres w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- ekspres w widoku z góry, a fig.7- ekspres w widoku z dolu. Czesc dolna ekspresu ma ksztalt bryly, która w widoku z przodu, z tylu i z boku ma zarys trapezu, którego ramiona sa lukowate, przy czym od strony przedniej, bryla ta jest wydrazona ponad podstawa, a ponadto tuz przy pionowej krawedzi wydrazenia znajduje sie owalny otwór, a w nim przy- cisk o zarysie owalnym. Czesc górna ekspresu ma ksztalt bry- ly, której sciana boczna ma, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, za- rys trapezu z lukowatymi ramionami, a w widoku z boku na scianie bocznej czesci górnej ekspresu widoczny jest, od strony tylnej, wystep, majacy zarys paraboli, w widoku z ty- lu, zarys trójkatny w widoku z boku i zarys lukowaty, w wido- ku z góry. Od strony przedniej czesci górnej ekspresu usytuo- wana jest wypukla wkladka, która w widoku z boku ma zarys czworoboku z lukowatymi dluzszymi bokami. The essence of the design is a new form of a coffee machine, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the coffee machine in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the coffee machine in a front view, fig. 3 - the coffee machine in a back view, fig. 4 - the coffee machine in a side view, fig. 5 - the coffee machine in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the coffee machine in a top view, and fig. 7 - the coffee machine in a bottom view. A coffee machine in accordance with the decorative design, comprising a base, a lower section surrounding the base, and a detachable upper section constituting a water reservoir, is characterized in that the base has the shape of a solid composed of two truncated cones, with the smaller base of the upper cone having a central circular recess and a raised collar around this recess. The lower section of the coffee machine has the shape of a solid that, when viewed from the front, rear, and side, has the outline of a trapezoid, the arms of which are arcuate. From the front, this solid is hollowed out above the base, and furthermore, an oval opening is located just adjacent to the vertical edge of the recess, containing an oval-shaped button. The upper part of the espresso machine is shaped like a solid, the side wall of which, in front and rear views, has a trapezoidal outline with arched arms. In a side view, the side wall of the upper part of the espresso machine features a protrusion visible from the rear, having a parabolic outline in the rear view, a triangular outline in the side view, and an arcuate outline in the top view. A convex insert is located on the front side of the upper part of the espresso machine, which in side view has a quadrilateral outline with arcuate longer sides. Furthermore, a handle protrudes from the upper wall of the upper part of the espresso machine, which has an arcuate outline in the front and rear views, while the lower wall of the espresso machine features three circular legs.
