Pierwszenstwo: 22 grudnia 2000r., Francja Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest dzbanek, w szczególnosci dzbanek elektryczny do gotowania. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac dzbanka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz powierzchni i barwie. Wzór dzbanka uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig.1 przedstawia dzbanek w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig. 2 - dzbanek w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i z boku, fig.3 - dzbanek w widoku z przodu, fig.4 - dzbanek wwidoku z tylu, fig.5 - dzbanek w widoku z boku z jednej strony, przy czym widok z drugiej strony jest identyczny, fig.6 - dzbanek w widoku od dolu oraz fig.7 - dzbanek w widoku od góry. Dzbanek wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt zblizony do scietego stozka, którego powierzchnia boczna jest lekko zbiezna ku górze, przy czym dolna, wieksza podstawa dzbanka ma postac plaskiego, poziomego, okraglego krazka, zas górna, mniejsza podstawa jest lekko nachylona ku tylowi a w poblizu jej srodka umieszczony jest, lekko wypukly element o okraglym zarysie, ponadto z przodu dzbanka, przy jego górnej krawedzi usytuowany jest, w przyblizeniu centralnie, wystajacy element w ksztalcie zblizonym do dziubka, zas na przeciwleglej tylnej powierzchni usytuowany jest, równiez wystajacy, podluzny element w ksztalcie zbilizonym do ucha, przy czym górna krawedz tego elementu styka sie z krawedzia górnej podstawy dzbanka zas na jego zewnetrznej, górnej powierzchni usytuowany jest niewielki, podluzny, lekko wystajacy element o zaokraglonych krótszych bokach. Na powierzchniach bocznych dzbanka, symetrycznie, umieszczone sa pionowo podluzne zaglebienia o zaokraglonych bokach górnym i dolnym, ponizej których usytuowane sa niewielkie okragle zarysy, zas zarówno dolna jak i górna krawedz dzbanka sa obwiedzione linia, przy czym obwódka górnej podstawy dzbanka laczy sie z tylu z usytuowanymi pionowo na jego pobocznicy, symetrycznie po przeciwnych stronach elementu w ksztalcie zblizonym do ucha, wzdluz calej wysokosci dzbanka, lekko wypuklymi zarysami. Na dolnej powierzchni podstawy dolnej dzbanka umieszczony jest w przyblizeniu centralnie okragly zarys z usytuowanym w jego srodku mniejszym okraglym zarysem otoczony zarysem o ksztalcie przypominajacym gruszke, wokól którego po zewnetrznej stronie umieszczonych jest wiele równoleglych linii a po stronie wewnetrznej usytuowana jestjedna w przyblizeniu równolegla linia, w poblizu której rozmieszczone sa nierównomiernie niewielkie w przyblizeniu prostokatne zarysy. The jug according to the pattern is characterized by its shape resembling a truncated cone, the side surface of which is slightly tapered upwards, the lower, larger base of the jug is in the form of a flat, horizontal, round disc, while the upper, smaller base is slightly inclined towards the back and near its center there is a slightly convex element with a round outline, in addition, at the front of the jug, at its upper edge, there is located, approximately centrally, a protruding element in a shape resembling a spout, while on the opposite rear surface there is also a protruding, elongated element in a shape resembling a handle, the upper edge of this element is in contact with the edge of the upper base of the jug, and on its outer, upper surface there is a small, elongated, slightly protruding element with rounded shorter sides. On the side surfaces of the jug, there are symmetrically placed vertically elongated recesses with rounded upper and lower sides, below which there are small circular outlines, while both the lower and upper edges of the jug are surrounded by a line, with the rim of the upper base of the jug connecting at the back with slightly convex outlines placed vertically on its side, symmetrically on opposite sides of the element in a shape similar to a handle, along the entire height of the jug. On the lower surface of the lower base of the jug there is an approximately central circular outline with a smaller circular outline in its center, surrounded by a pear-shaped outline, around which on the outer side there are many parallel lines, and on the inner side there is one approximately parallel line, near which are unevenly placed small approximately rectangular outlines.
