Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika miksera, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik miksera w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- pojemnik miksera w widoku z przodu, fig. 3- pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 5- pojemnik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik miksera wedlug wzoru, obejmujacy przezro- czysty dzbanek z dzióbkiem i z raczka, przykrywke oraz nóz,charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dzbanek ma ksztalt bryly, która w widoku z przodu, z tylu i z boku, ma zarys figury zlozonej z dwóch trapezów równoramiennych, których boki sa lukowate, zas raczka obejmuje dwa segmenty o róznej dlugosci, usytuowa- ne pod katem ostrym przy krawedzi górnej dzbanka. Dluzszy segment przylega do tylnej sciany dzbanka, a krótszy segment ma, w widoku z boku, zarys lukowaty i przebiega na wysokosci 2/3 wysokosci dzbanka. Na górnej powierzchni krótszego seg- mentu raczki, przy krawedzi górnej dzbanka, usytuowany jest wystep majacy, w widoku z boku, zarys trójkata, którego boki sa lukowate oraz majacy, w widoku z tylu, zarys owalu. We wnetrzu dzióbka znajduje sie wkladka o zarysie owalnym. Przy- krywka o ksztalcie stozka scietego, ma centralne koliste wy- branie, w którym polozona jest wkladka z trzema symetrycznymi wystepami. Ponadto nóz roboczy ma cztery ostrza, z których dwa skierowane sa ku górze, a dwa ku dolowi. W polu dna dzbanka widoczne sa zarysy koliste, owalne, kwadratowy, tra- pezowe i prostokatne. PL PL PLMixer Container The design registration right is valid from: 26 June 2000. Priority: 27 January 2000 (WIPC). The subject of the ornamental design is a mixer container. The essence of the design is a new form of the mixer container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the mixer container in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the mixer container in a front view, fig. 3 - the container in a back view, fig. 4 - the container in a side view, fig. 5 - the container in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the container in a top view, and fig. 7 - the container in a bottom view. The blender container, as designed, comprises a transparent jug with a spout and handle, a lid, and a knife. The jug has a solid shape that, when viewed from the front, back, and side, resembles two isosceles trapezoids with arcuate sides. The handle comprises two segments of different lengths, positioned at an acute angle at the top edge of the jug. The longer segment abuts the rear wall of the jug, while the shorter segment, when viewed from the side, has an arcuate outline and extends two-thirds of the jug's height. A protrusion is located on the upper surface of the shorter segment of the handle, near the top edge of the jug. The protrusion, when viewed from the side, resembles a triangle with arcuate sides and, when viewed from the back, has an oval outline. Inside the spout is an oval-shaped insert. The truncated cone-shaped lid has a central circular recess, which houses an insert with three symmetrical protrusions. Furthermore, the working knife has four blades, two of which point upward and two downward. Circular, oval, square, trapezoidal, and rectangular shapes are visible in the bottom of the jug. PL PL PL
