Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie ekspresu do kawy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia ekspres do kawy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- ekspres do kawy w widoku z przodu, fiq.3- ekspres do kawy w widoku z tylu, fig.4- eks- pres do kawy w widoku z boku, fig.5- ekspres do kawy w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- ekpres do kawy w widoku z góry, a fig.7- ekspres do kawy w widoku z dolu. Ekspres do kawy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmu- jacy trójramienny wspornik, szklana pokrywe, czesc wylewowa oraz szklany czajnik, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne:trójramienny wspornik ma w widoku z boku zarys litery "U", przy czym ramiona litery stanowia podstawe górna i podstawe dolna wspornika, a czesc pomiedzy ramionami stanowi prosto- padloscienna kolumna z wybraniem wzdluznym o zarysie prosto- kata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami. Podstawa górna wspornika ma postac plyty, która w widoku z góry ma zarys figury beda- cej polaczeniem prostokata z lukowatym bokiem oraz kola, a kolista krawedz plyty jest schodkowo stopniowana. Na kolis- tej czesci podstawy górnej usytuowana jest przezroczysta wal- cowa pokrywa majaca centralne walcowe wypietrzenie, w którym polozona jest nakrywka z cylindrycznym uchwytem. Wewnatrz walcowej pokrywy przebiega wzdluz osi, dwusegmentowy stozko- waty element. Podstawa dolna wspornika ma postac plyty, która w widoku z dolu, ma zarys figury symetrycznej do zarysu pod- stawy górnej wspornika, a na jej powierzchni górnej polozony jest przeroczysty czajnik z dzióbkiem oraz uchwytem majacym zarys czesci trójkata prostokatnego. W polu sciany górnej czajnika znajduje sie walcowe wywyzszenie, posrodku którego polozony jest wlew w ksztalcie czesci kuli, który dotyka do wylewu czesci wylewowej ekspresu, który to wylew ma równiez ksztalt czesci kuli. Czesc wylewowa ekspresu ma ksztalt stoz- ka scietego, którego sciana boczna ma zarys linii falistej, a przy górnej krawedzi czesci wylewowej znajduja sie dwa ele- menty, jeden majacy, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys litery "C" i drugi zarys prostokata. Ponadto na podstawie dolnej wspornika, od przodu, polozony jest owalny panel kontrolny . z galka, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the coffee maker. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the coffee maker in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the coffee maker in a front view, fig. 3 - the coffee maker in a back view, fig. 4 - the coffee maker in a side view, fig. 5 - the coffee maker in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the coffee maker in a top view, and fig. 7 - the coffee maker in a bottom view. An industrial-design coffee maker, comprising a three-armed support, a glass lid, a spout, and a glass kettle, has the following essential features: the three-armed support has a side view in the shape of the letter "U," with the arms of the letter forming the upper and lower base of the support, and the part between the arms is a cuboid column with a longitudinal recess in the shape of a rectangle with arcuate shorter sides. The upper base of the support is in the form of a plate, which, in a top view, has the outline of a figure combining a rectangle with an arcuate side and a circle, and the circular edge of the plate is stepped. A transparent cylindrical cover with a central cylindrical elevation, in which a cap with a cylindrical handle is located, is located on the circular part of the upper base. Inside the cylindrical cover, a two-segment conical element runs along the axis. The lower base of the support is in the form of a plate, which, when viewed from below, has an outline symmetrical to the upper base of the support. On its upper surface is a transparent kettle with a spout and a handle in the shape of a right-angled triangle. The upper wall of the kettle has a cylindrical elevation, in the center of which is a spherical-shaped inlet that touches the spout of the espresso machine's outlet, which is also spherical in shape. The espresso machine's outlet has the shape of a truncated cone, the side wall of which has a wavy outline, and at the upper edge of the outlet are two elements, one having, in front and back views, the outline of the letter "C" and the other the outline of a rectangle. Furthermore, on the lower base of the bracket, from the front, there is an oval control panel with a knob, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 7.
