Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia frytkownice w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- frytkownice w widoku z przodu, fig.3- frytkownice w widoku z tylu, fig.4-frytkownice w widoku z boku, fig.5- frytkownice w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- frytkownice w widoku z góry, a fig.7- frytkownice w widoku z dolu. Frytkownica wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca podstawe na pieciu nózkach oraz obudowe z wewnetrznym pojemnikiem ze szklana przykrywka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: podstawa ma w widoku z dolu zarys owalny, a w widoku z boku zarys trapezu równoramiennego, przy czym jej wysokosc jest okolo szesciokrotnie mniejsza od wysokosci obudowy i w polu jej powierzchni dolnej znajduje sie centralny obszar o zarysie prostokatnym oraz po obu jego bokach szereg owalnych zarysów. Na bokach podstawy znajduja sie wklesniecia usytuowane od strony tylnej, a od strony przedniej podstawy znajduje sie wglebienie, w którym umieszczona jest tacka, której sciana przednia jest wypukla. Obudowa ma, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys owalny, a na stronach bocznych, przy krawedzi górnej obudowy, znajduja sie dwa odsadzenia tworzace uchwyty. Na stronie tylnej obudowy znajduje sie dziewiec poziomych szczelin, ponizej których usytuowane jest wybranie majace, w widoku z tylu, zarys owalny i w widoku z boku zarys litery „C", a w wybraniu polozony jest dwu-czesciowy element, przy czym czesc pozioma elementu ma zarys prostokata, a jego zakonczenie ma zarys szerszego prostokata z lukowatym jednym krótszym bokiem. Na stronie przedniej obudowy, usytuowany jest pionowo podluzny wystep stanowiacy uchwyt, w polu którego znajduje sie przycisk majacy w widoku z przodu zarys prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami. Ponizej uchwytu polozony jest panel sterujacy obejmujacy prostokatny ekran, przelacznik dolny o zarysie prostokata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami oraz cztery przyciski boczne. Wewnatrz obudowy usytuowany jest pojemnik majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys owalny, który jest przykryty szklana, wypukla przykrywa. Ponadto obudowa zawiera pierscien przebiegajacy wokól szklanej pokrywy, przy czympierscien ten ma dwa odsadzenia boczne zachodzace w uchwyty boczne obudowy. Na powierzchni szklanej przykrywy znajduje sie od przodu wypukly element dochodzacy do uchwytu obudowy i majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys czesci owalu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.7.FIG . 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3FIG. 4 FIG. 5FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PLDeep Fryer The design registration right is valid from: October 21, 2002 Priority: April 22, 2002 (WIPO) The subject of the industrial design is a deep fryer. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the deep fryer. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the deep fryer in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the deep fryer in a front view, fig. 3 - the deep fryer in a back view, fig. 4 - the deep fryer in a side view, fig. 5 - the deep fryer in a second side view, fig. 6 - the deep fryer in a top view, and fig. 7 - the deep fryer in a bottom view. An industrial-design deep fryer, comprising a five-legged base and a housing with an internal container with a glass lid, has the following essential features: the base has an oval outline when viewed from below, and an isosceles trapezoid outline when viewed from the side. Its height is approximately six times less than the height of the housing. Its bottom surface area includes a central rectangular area and a series of oval outlines on both sides. The sides of the base have recesses located on the rear side, and the front of the base has a recess in which a tray is placed, the front of which is convex. The housing has an oval outline when viewed from above and below, and on the sides, near the upper edge of the housing, there are two offsets forming handles. On the rear side of the housing there are nine horizontal slots, below which there is a recess having an oval outline in the rear view and the outline of the letter "C" in the side view. In the recess there is a two-part element, where the horizontal part of the element has a rectangular outline and its end has the outline of a wider rectangle with one shorter side being arched. On the front side of the housing there is a vertically located elongated protrusion constituting a handle, in the area of which there is a button having a rectangular outline with rounded corners in the front view. Below the handle is a control panel comprising a rectangular screen, a lower switch in the shape of a rectangle with arched shorter sides, and four side buttons. Inside the housing there is a container having an oval outline in the top view, which is covered with a convex glass cover. Furthermore, the housing comprises a ring extending around the glass cover, wherein the ring has two side projections engaging the side handles of the housing. On the surface of the glass cover, a convex element is located at the front, reaching the handle of the housing and having, in a top view, the outline of a part of an oval, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
