Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie solarium . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia solarium w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- solarium w widoku z przodu, fig.3- solarium w widoku z tylu, fig.4- solarium w widoku z boku, fig.5- solarium w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- so- larium w widoku z góry, a fig.7- solarium w widoku z dolu. Solarium wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacedwuelementowa czesc górna oraz dwusegmentowa podstawe, posia- da nastepujace cechy istotne: segment poziomy podstawy ma ksztalt szescioscianu, którego sciana dolna i tylna jest plaska, sciana przednia jest wklesla, a sciana górna czescio- wo plaska i czesciowo wklesla, przy czym wklesniecie na scia- nie górnej usytuowane jest wzdluz krawedzi przedniej i roz- ciaga sie na okolo 4/5 szerokosci sciany. Na plaskiej czesci sciany górnej segmentu poziomego podstawy znajduje sie seg- ment pionowy, przy czym na scianie górnej segmentu pionowego polozony jest uchwyt zachodzacy na sciane górna elementu gór- nego czesci górnej solarium. Dlugosc podstawy solarium jest mniejsza od dlugosci elementów czesci górnej solarium. Oba elementy czesci górnej solarium stanowia odbicie lustrzane, a kazdy element ma w widoku z boku zarys czesci kola i w wi- doku z góry i z dolu, zarys prostokata. W polu sciany bocznej kazdego elementu czesci górnej solarium widocznych jest szesc szczelin ulozonych na zarysie lukowatym. W polu sciany górnej elementu górnego czesci górnej solarium widoczna jest naklad- ka wentylacyjna majaca zarys owalny z centralnym kolistym otworem, zas w polu sciany dolnej elementu dolnego widoczne sa trzy identyczne nakladki wentylacyjne. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the solarium. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the solarium in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the solarium in a front view, fig. 3 - the solarium in a back view, fig. 4 - the solarium in a side view, fig. 5 - the solarium in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the solarium in a top view, and fig. 7 - the solarium in a bottom view. The industrial-design solarium, comprising a two-piece upper section and a two-segment base, has the following essential features: the horizontal segment of the base is cube-shaped, with flat bottom and rear walls, a concave front wall, and a partially flat and partially concave upper wall. The concavity on the upper wall is located along the front edge and extends approximately 4/5 of the wall width. A vertical segment is located on the flat portion of the upper wall of the horizontal segment of the base, and a handle is located on the upper wall of the vertical segment, which overlaps the upper wall of the upper section of the solarium. The length of the solarium base is shorter than the length of the upper section of the solarium. Both elements of the upper part of the solarium are mirror images, and each element has a circular outline in a side view and a rectangular outline in both top and bottom views. The side wall of each element of the upper part of the solarium features six slots arranged in an arcuate outline. The upper wall of the upper element of the upper part of the solarium features a ventilation cover with an oval outline and a central circular opening, while the lower wall of the lower element features three identical ventilation covers.
