Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie oprawy oswietleniowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia oprawe oswietleniowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- oprawe w widoku z przodu, fig.3- oprawe w widoku z tylu, fig.4- oprawe w widoku z boku, fig.5- oprawe w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- oprawe w widoku z góry, a fig.7- oprawe w widoku z dolu. Oprawa oswietleniowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca dwusegmentowy korpus oraz podstawe, posiadanastepujace cechy istotne: segment górny korpusu ma, w widoku z góry, zarys owalny, przy czym sciana górna tego segmentu tworzy pokrywe, która jest wypukla od przodu i ma obnizona wypukla czesc od strony tylnej, zas sciany boczne tego segmentu sa wypukle, a sciana dolna, w widoku z boku, ma zarys lukowaty. Przylegajacy segment dolny korpusu ma od strony przedniej wypuklosc, która w widoku z dolu, ma zarys trójkata równoramiennego z lukowatymi bokami i narozami, oraz profilowany wystep od strony tylnej. Do wystepu dochodzi podstawa majaca, w widoku z tylu, zarys trapezu, którego ramiona sa faliste. W polu plaskiej, w przyblizeniu owalnej sciany dolnej podstawy, widoczny jest kolisty obszar. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the lighting fixture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the lighting fixture in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the fixture in a front view, fig. 3 - the fixture in a back view, fig. 4 - the fixture in a side view, fig. 5 - the fixture in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the fixture in a top view, and fig. 7 - the fixture in a bottom view. An industrial design lighting fixture comprising a two-segment housing and a base has the following essential features: the upper segment of the housing has, in plan view, an oval outline, with the upper wall of this segment forming a cover that is convex at the front and has a lowered convex part at the rear, while the side walls of this segment are convex, and the lower wall, in side view, has an arcuate outline. The adjacent lower segment of the housing has a convex front, which, in bottom view, has the outline of an isosceles triangle with arcuate sides and corners, and a profiled projection at the rear. The projection is joined by a base that, in rear view, has the outline of a trapezoid with wavy legs. A circular area is visible within the flat, approximately oval lower wall of the base. Moreover, in the front part of the upper body segment there is a protrusion overlapping the lower body segment, and the outline of the edge of this protrusion forms, in a front view, the letter "U", as shown in the attached drawing, fig.1 to fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 EN
