Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie frytkownicy . Frytkownica wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca trzysegmentowy korpus w ksztalcie pryzmy wraz z panelem ste-rujacym, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment dolny ma ksztalt pryzmy, która w podstawie ma prostokat z lukowatymi bokami, a sciana dolna ma posrodku wklesniecie, w polu które- go widocznych jest kilkanascie zarysów lukowatych ulozonych w ksztalty wspólsrodkowych elips, dwa owalne zarysy polozone przy krawedziach bocznych korpusu, cztery zarysy koliste nó- zek segmentu oraz cztery koliste zarysy polozone w narozach sciany. Segment srodkowy ma wypukle sciany przednia, tylna i sciany boczne, a sciana górna tego segmentu ma zarys pozio- my w widoku od przodu i zarysy lukowate w widoku z boku i w widoku z tylu, przy czym w górnym narozu sciany przedniej segmentu srodkowego znajduje sie wystep majacy w widoku z przodu zarys owalu, a posrodku tej sciany polozony jest uchwyt o zarysie w przyblizeniu trójkata równoramiennego z zaokraglonymi narozami i lukowatymi bokami, w polu którego znajduje sie owalny zarys. Uchwyt zachodzi górna czescia na wypukla sciane przednia segmentu górnego, a w polu uchwytu widoczny jest owalny zarys. W polu sciany górnej segmentu górnego znajduje sie owalne wybranie oraz obszar obejmujacy kilkadziesiat otworów majacych zarysy koliste o zróznicowa- nych srednicach. Panel sterujacy umieszczony jest na scianie przedniej segmentu dolnego i obejmuje owalny otwór, centralny przelacznik o zarysie kolistym z wystepem o zarysie owalnym oraz eliptyczne pole z wyodrebnionymi trzema figurami: owa- lem, prostokatem i kolem. Na tylnej scianie segmentu dolnego i srodkowego korpusu znajduje sie pólowalne pole, jak przed- stawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7. KONINKLIJKE PHILIPS ELECTRONICS N.V. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the deep fryer. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the deep fryer in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the deep fryer in a front view, fig. 3 - the deep fryer in a back view, fig. 4 - the deep fryer in a side view, fig. 5 - the deep fryer in a second side view, fig. 6 - the deep fryer in a top view, and fig. 7 - the deep fryer in a bottom view. An industrial-style fryer, comprising a three-segment prism-shaped body with a control panel, has the following essential features: the lower segment is prism-shaped, with a rectangle at its base with arc-shaped sides, and the lower wall has a concavity in the middle, within which several arc-shaped outlines arranged in the shape of concentric ellipses are visible, two oval outlines located at the side edges of the body, four circular outlines of the segment legs, and four circular outlines located at the corners of the wall. The middle segment has convex front, rear, and side walls, and the upper wall of this segment has a horizontal outline in a front view and arcuate outlines in a side and rear view. The upper corner of the front wall of the middle segment has a protrusion that has an oval outline in the front view, and in the center of this wall is a handle with an outline approximately like an isosceles triangle with rounded corners and arcuate sides, within which is an oval outline. The upper part of the handle overlaps the convex front wall of the upper segment, and an oval outline is visible in the handle area. The upper wall of the upper segment has an oval recess and an area encompassing several dozen circular holes of varying diameters. The control panel is located on the front wall of the lower section and includes an oval opening, a central circular switch with an oval projection, and an elliptical panel with three distinct shapes: an oval, a rectangle, and a circle.
