Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.6- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca dwusegmentowy korpus posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: plaska podstawa butelki ma zarys owalny, a w jej polu znajduja sie dwie wkleslosci majace zarysy czesci owali,przy czym sciana przednia i tylna segmentu dolnego korpusu ma zarys czesci owalu i w polu sciany przedniej i tylnej widoczna jest para lukowatych ozdobnych zarysów. Pomiedzy koncówkami ozdobnych zarysów widoczne jest, na jednej scianie bocznej, pole o zarysie owalnym, wewnatrz którego usytuowanych jest wiele malenkich pólkulistych wypuklosci. Segment górny korpusu stanowi w przyblizeniu stozkowate wypietrzenie, którego sciana górna jest plaska, a na tej plaskiej scianie znajduje sie wystep w ksztalcie walca, na którego scianie bocznej usytuowanych jest siedem plaskich prostokatnych obszarów. Na górnej scianie walcowego wystepu widoczny jest wystep majacy, w widoku z boku, zarys w przyblizeniu stozka scietego z dwoma rowkami przebiegajacymi pomiedzy stronami bocznymi, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.6.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 PLDiego Sebastian BRIOZZO FERNANDEZ The design registration is valid from: 21 July 2003 Priority: 30 January 2003 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 5 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 6 - the bottle in a bottom view. An industrial design bottle comprising a two-segment body has the following essential features: the flat base of the bottle has an oval outline, and within its area are two concavities having the outlines of partial ovals. The front and rear walls of the lower body segment have a partial oval outline, and a pair of arc-shaped decorative outlines are visible within the areas of the front and rear walls. Between the ends of the decorative outlines, on one side wall, is an oval-shaped area, within which are located numerous tiny hemispherical protrusions. The upper body segment is a roughly conical elevation, the upper wall of which is flat, and on this flat wall is a cylindrical protrusion, the side wall of which is located seven flat rectangular areas.
