Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie uchwytu narzedzia recznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt narze- dzia recznego w widoku z boku (widok z przeciwnej strony jest identyczny), fig.2- uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu, fig.3- uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig.4- wi- dok na wkladke tylna usytuowana od strony tylnej uchwytu,fig.5- widok na wkladke pierscieniowa usytuowana przy wkladce tylnej uchwytu, a fig.6- widok uchwytu od góry( widok z dolu jest identyczny). Na frontowej scianie segmentu przedniego znajduje sie niski walcowy wystep z centralnym otworem, zas w polu sciany bocznej segmentu srodkowego wi- doczne sa punktowe wklesniecia ulozone w równoleglych rze- dach, polozonych w kierunku osi uchwytu oraz wklesniecie o zarysie prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami i jednym luko- watym bokiem. Ponadto w polu sciany bocznej segmentu srodko- wego widoczna jest wkladka pierscieniowa, której jedna kra- wedz ma zarys kolisty, a druga krawedz ma odsadzenie o ksztalcie litery "U", w polu którego usytuowany jest owalny otwór. Wewnatrz wkladki pierscieniowej znajduje sie wypukla wkladka wystajaca kulista powierzchnia ku tylowi. Kolorystyka trzech segmentów wraz z walcowym wystepem na segmencie przed- nim oraz wkladka piescieniowa na segmencie srodkowym jest zróznicowana, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.l do 6. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the hand tool handle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the hand tool handle from a side view (the view from the opposite side is identical), fig. 2 - the handle in a perspective view from the back, fig. 3 - the handle in a perspective view from the front, fig. 4 - a view of the rear insert located from the back of the handle, fig. 5 - a view of the ring insert located at the rear insert of the handle, and fig. 6 - a view of the handle from the top (the view from the bottom is identical). An industrial-style hand tool handle, comprising three segments, has the following essential features: the front segment, constituting approximately half the length of the handle, is shaped like a solid combining a truncated cone at the bottom with a cylinder several times higher than the cone; the middle segment, constituting approximately half the length of the handle, is shaped like a cylinder with a convex side wall; and the rear segment is shaped like a convex insert. The front wall of the front segment features a low cylindrical protrusion with a central opening; and the side wall of the middle segment features dotted concavities arranged in parallel rows aligned with the handle's axis, as well as a rectangular concavity with rounded corners and one arcuate side. Furthermore, a ring insert is visible on the side wall of the middle segment. One edge of the insert has a circular outline, while the other edge has a U-shaped offset, in which an oval hole is located. Inside the ring insert is a convex insert with a spherical surface projecting backward. The colors of the three segments, including the cylindrical protrusion on the front segment and the ring insert on the middle segment, vary, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 6.
