Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt narze- dzia murarskiego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig.3- uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig.4- uchwyt w widoku z dolu, fig.5- uchwyt w widoku od tylu, a fig.6- uchwyt w widoku od przodu. Uchwyt narzedzia murarskiego wedlug wzoru przemys- lowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: obejmuje trzy seg-menty, z których segment przedni ma, w widoku z przodu, zarys czworoboku, którego dwa boki sa lukowate, a dwa faliste i wszystkie naroza zaokraglone, przy czym powierzchnia przed- nia tego segmentu jest wklesla i ma wyodrebnione w górnej czesci koliste pole. Segment przedni ma, w widoku z boku, za- rys czworoboku, którego boki sa wklesle, a w polu górnej po- wierzchni tego segmentu znajduje sie wklesniecie majace zarys trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami i podstawami. Segment srodkowy ma ksztalt walca z wypukla sciana boczna i nieco wypuklymi podstawami. Segment tylny ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu stozka scietego, którego sciana górna i sciana boczna jest wypukla. The subject of the industrial design is a masonry tool handle. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the masonry tool handle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the masonry tool handle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the handle in a side view, fig. 3 - the handle in a top view, fig. 4 - the handle in a bottom view, fig. 5 - the handle in a back view, and fig. 6 - the handle in a front view. The handle of a masonry tool, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: it comprises three segments, of which the front segment, in front view, has the outline of a quadrilateral, two of whose sides are arcuate, two are wavy, and all corners are rounded. The front surface of this segment is concave and has a circular area defined in its upper part. The front segment, in side view, has the outline of a quadrilateral, the sides of which are concave, and in the upper surface area of this segment is a concavity having the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with arcuate limbs and bases. The middle segment is cylindrical in shape with convex side walls and slightly convex bases. The rear segment has the shape of an approximate truncated cone, the upper wall and side walls of which are convex.
