Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie uchwytu narzedzia do gladzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt narze- dzia do gladzenia w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig.3- uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig.4- uchwyt w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- uchwyt w widoku od przodu, a fig.6- uchwyt w widoku od tylu. Uchwyt narzedzia do gladzenia wedlug wzoru przemys- lowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: obejmuje trzy seg-menty, z których segment tylny ma, w widoku z tylu, zarys owalny, a segment srodkowy ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu walca, na którego scianie bocznej znajduje sie kilka wypuklosci i wklesniec usytuowanych od dolu uchwytu. Powierzchnia górna segmentu srodkowego ma, w widoku z boku, zarys falisty i wyo- drebnione jest na niej pole, które ma zarys w przyblizeniu prostokata z lukowatym dluzszym bokiem oraz zaokraglonymi na- rozami. Segment przedni ma postac dwuramiennej nakladki, któ- rej ramie przednie ma, w widoku z przodu, zarys figury obej- mujacej kolo i trapez równoramienny z zaokraglonymi narozami, przy czym w polu sciany przedniej tego ramienia znajduje sie wklesniecie, zas ramie dolne ma, w widoku z boku, zarys luko- waty. Ponadto powierzchnia segmentu tylnego, przedniego oraz wyodrebnionego pola segmentu srodkowego jest chropowata, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 6.FIG. 1 FIG. 2FIG. 3 FIG. 4 FIG. 5 FIG. 6 PLHoning Tool Handle The design registration right is valid from: 23 August 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a honing tool handle. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the honing tool handle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the honing tool handle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the handle in a side view, fig. 3 - the handle in a top view, fig. 4 - the handle in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - the handle in a front view, and fig. 6 - the handle in a back view. The handle of a honing tool, based on an industrial design, has the following significant features: it comprises three segments, of which the rear segment has an oval outline when viewed from the rear, and the middle segment has a roughly cylindrical shape, the side wall of which has several protrusions and concavities located at the bottom of the handle. The upper surface of the middle segment has a wavy outline when viewed from the side, and a distinct area has a roughly rectangular outline with an arcuate longer side and rounded corners. The front segment has the form of a two-armed overlay, the front arm of which, in a front view, has an outline of a figure comprising a circle and an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners, wherein the front wall area of this arm has a concavity, while the lower arm has, in a side view, an arc-shaped outline. Furthermore, the surface of the rear and front segments, as well as the separated area of the middle segment, is rough, as shown in the attached drawings, figs. 1 to 6.
