Uchwyt narzedzia malarskiego wedlug wzoru przemys- lowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: obejmuje trzy seg-menty, z których segment przedni ma, w widoku z góry i z do- lu, zarys trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi podstawami, W polu powierzchni przedniej tego segmentu znajduje sie cen- tralny otwór o zarysie prostokata. Segment srodkowy ma ksztalt bryly, której sciana górna, dolna i sciany boczne ma- ja zarysy w przyblizeniu trapezów równoramiennych z falistymi ramionami i których mniejsze podstawy sa lukowate. W polu scian segmentu srodkowego znajduja sie dwa wyodrebnione pasy, z których kazdy przebiega przez sciane boczna i zachodzi na sciane górna i dolna. Ponadto w polu sciany górnej, dolnej i bocznej segmentu srodkowego, znajduja sie w przyblizeniu owalne zarysy. Segment tylny ma ksztalt bryly, która w widoku od tylu ma zarys owalu, a w widoku z góry i z dolu ma zarys czworoboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate. Na górnej i dolnej powierzchni segmentu tylnego znajduje sie otwór. Ponadto po- wierzchnia segmentu pierwszego, trzeciego oraz dwóch pasów usytuowanych na segmencie srodkowym jest chropowata, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 6. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the painting tool handle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the painting tool handle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the handle in a top view, fig. 3 - the handle in a side view, fig. 4 - the handle in a bottom view, fig. 5 - the handle in a front view, and fig. 6 - the handle in a back view. The industrial-design painter's tool holder has the following significant features: it comprises three segments, of which the front segment, viewed from above and below, has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with arcuate bases. Within the front surface area of this segment is a central rectangular opening. The middle segment has the shape of a solid whose upper, lower, and side walls have outlines approximately like isosceles trapezoids with wavy legs, and whose smaller bases are arcuate. The middle segment's wall area contains two distinct strips, each of which runs through a side wall and overlaps the upper and lower walls. Furthermore, the upper, lower, and side walls of the middle segment have approximately oval outlines. The posterior segment has a solid shape, which in the rear view has an oval outline, and in the top and bottom views has a quadrilateral outline, three of whose sides are arcuate. There is an opening on the upper and lower surfaces of the posterior segment. Furthermore, the surface of the first and third segments, as well as the two strips located on the middle segment, is roughened, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1 to 6.
