Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie zeskrobujace do skóry. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltu urzadzenia zeskrobujacego do skóry. Urzadzenie zeskrobujace do skóry przeznaczone jest do usuwania nalozonych kompozycji kosmetycznych ze skóry czlowieka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia urzadzenie zeskrobujace do skóry w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu, z góry i z boku, fig. 2- urzadzenie w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.3- urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, fig.4- urzadzenie w widoku z boku, fig.5- urzadzenie w widoku z góry, a fig.6- urzadzenie w widoku z dolu. Urzadzenie zeskrobujace do skóry wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace uchwyt majacy wydluzona czesc dolna i poszerzona czesc górna oraz nakladke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: uchwyt ma w czesci dolnej wypukla powierzchnie przednia i wklesla powierzchnie tylna, przy czym w polu powierzchni przedniej widocznyjest wydluzony, ozdobny obszar o zarysie czworoboku, którego dwa boki sa lukowate, a dwa maja zarysy faliste. Ponadto w dolnym koncu wspomnianego obszaru znajduje sie ozdobne wklesniecie majace, w widoku z przodu, ksztalt trójkata równoramiennego z zaokraglonymi narozami, z lukowata podstawa i z lukowatymi bokami. W polu wkleslej tylnej powierzchni czesci dolnej uchwytu widoczne sa dwa ozdobne elementy, z których dolny stanowi owalne wklesniecie z piecioma poprzecznymi zarysami, a górny ma zarys wydluzonej lezki. W czesci górnej uchwytu usytuowana jest nakladka z ozdobnymi wycieciami, w których widoczne sa powierzchnie uchwytu. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the features of the lines, contours, and shape of the skin scraping device. The skin scraping device is intended for removing applied cosmetic compositions from human skin. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the skin scraping device in perspective views from the back, top, and side; Fig. 2 shows the device in perspective views from the front, top, and side; Fig. 3 shows the device in front view; Fig. 4 shows the device in side view; Fig. 5 shows the device in top view; and Fig. 6 shows the device in bottom view. An industrial-design skin scraping device comprising a handle having an elongated lower portion and a widened upper portion and an overlay, has the following essential features: the handle has a convex front surface and a concave rear surface in its lower portion, wherein the front surface area shows an elongated, decorative area in the shape of a quadrilateral, two sides of which are arcuate and two have wavy outlines. Furthermore, at the lower end of said area is a decorative recess having, when viewed from the front, the shape of an isosceles triangle with rounded corners, an arcuate base, and arcuate sides. In the area of the concave rear surface of the lower portion of the handle, two decorative elements are visible, the lower of which is an oval recess with five transverse outlines, and the upper of which has the outline of an elongated teardrop. The upper part of the handle features a cover with decorative cutouts that reveal the handle surfaces. Furthermore, the upper end of the device has a grooved projection extending rearward, which is the scraping part of the device, as shown in the attached illustrations, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
