Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia lusterko boczne do pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i od strony krótszego boku, fig.2- lusterko w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i od strony dluzszego boku, fig.3- lusterko w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu i od strony dluzszego boku, fig.4- lusterko w widoku z góry, fig.5- lusterko w widoku z dolu, fig.6- lusterko w widoku z tylu, a fig.7- lusterko w widoku z przodu.Lusterko boczne do pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace czesc lustrzana o zarysie trapezu równoramiennego z zaokraglonymi narozami i uchwyt, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sciana tylna czesci lustrzanej jest wypukla i wznosi sie od jednego krótszego boku w kierunku drugiego krótszego boku, przy którym usytuowany jest uchwyt z wypukla sciana tylna, w polu której znajduje sie wybranie majace, w widoku z tylu, zarys czworoboku z lukowatymi bokami. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a side mirror for a vehicle in a perspective view from the front and from the shorter side, fig. 2 - a mirror in a perspective view from the front and from the longer side, fig. 3 - a mirror in a perspective view from the back and from the longer side, fig. 4 - a mirror in a top view, fig. 5 - a mirror in a bottom view, fig. 6 - a mirror in a back view, and fig. 7 - a mirror in a front view. The side mirror for a vehicle according to the industrial design, comprising a mirror part in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners and a handle, has the following essential features: the rear wall of the mirror part is convex and rises from one shorter side towards the other shorter side, at which the handle with a convex rear wall is located, in the field of which there is a recess having, in a rear view, a quadrilateral outline with arcuate sides. The front surface of the handle is slightly lowered in the middle of its length, and at the edge of this recess there is a recess, with partition walls visible inside the handle, and the end of the handle has, in a front and rear view, an arcuate outline, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7.
