Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie uchwytu prysznica recznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt prysznica recznego w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- uchwyt prysznica recznego w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z dolu, fig.3- uchwyt prysznica w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, z dolu i z boku, fig.4- uchwyt prysznica w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z tylu i z boku, fig.5-uchwyt prysznica w widoku zboku, fig.6- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.7- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z przodu, fig.8- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z tylu, fig.9- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z góry, a fig.10- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z dolu. Uchwyt prysznica recznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac bryly, której zarys sciany górnej i sciany dolnej ma ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami, zas sciany boczne maja zarysy czworoboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate. Na scianie dolnej uchwytu znajduje sie nakladka majaca ksztalt piecioscianu, w którym sciany boczne maja w przyblizeniu zarysy trójkata z lukowatymi bokami. Sciana dolna i górna nakladki jest wypukla. W polu wypuklej sciany dolnej nakladki znajduje sie otwór, a w nim polozony jest cylindryczny element gwintowany. Od strony przedniej uchwytu widoczne jest wybranie majace, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys litery „U", a w nim usytuowana jest wkladka. Sciana tylna uchwytu jest wybrana, przy czym w wybraniu znajduje sie przegroda o zarysie kolistym, od której odchodza trzy wystepy, kazdy o zarysie litery „U", zas w kolistej czesci przegrody polozona jest wkladka z cylindrycznym elementem gwintowanym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 10.Fig.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4FIG.5 FIG.6FIG.7 FIG.8FIG.9 FIG.10 PL PL3/ Fabian KOLLMANN Design registration valid from: June 12, 2003 Priority: December 13, 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a hand shower holder. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the hand shower holder. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a hand shower holder in a perspective view from above, from the front and from the side, fig. 2 - a hand shower holder in a perspective view from the front, from the side and from below, fig. 3 - a shower holder in a perspective view from the back, from below and from the side, fig. 4 - a shower holder in a perspective view from above, from the back and from the side, fig. 5 - a shower holder in a side view, fig. 6 - a shower holder in a view from the other side, fig. 7 - a shower holder in a front view, fig. 8 - a shower holder in a back view, fig. 9 - a shower holder in a top view, and fig. 10 - a shower holder in a bottom view. The industrial-design hand shower holder has the following essential features: it has the form of a solid whose top and bottom walls are in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with arcuate limbs, while the side walls are quadrilateral with arcuate sides. The bottom wall of the holder features a pentahedron-shaped cover, whose side walls are roughly triangular with arcuate sides. The top and bottom walls of the cover are convex. Within the convex area of the bottom cover's convex wall is a hole, and within this hole is a cylindrical threaded element. The front of the holder features a recess, which, when viewed from above and below, has the outline of the letter "U," and within this recess, an insert is located. The rear wall of the holder is recessed, wherein in the recess there is a partition of circular outline, from which three projections extend, each of the outline of the letter "U", and in the circular part of the partition there is an insert with a cylindrical threaded element, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 10.
