Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie uchwytu prysznica recznego. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the handle of the hand shower.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt prysznica recznego w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- uchwyt prysznica recznego w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z dolu, fig.3- uchwyt prysznica w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, z dolu i z boku, fig.4- uchwyt prysznica w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z tylu i z boku, fig.5-uchwyt prysznica w widoku zboku, fig.6- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.7- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z przodu, fig.8- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z tylu, fig.9- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z góry, a fig.10- uchwyt prysznica w widoku z dolu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the handle of the hand shower in perspective view from above, front and side, fig. 2 - the handle of the hand shower in perspective view from the front, side and bottom, fig. 3 - shower handle in perspective views from the rear, bottom and side, fig. 4 - shower handle in perspective views from above, back and side, fig. 5 - shower handle in side view, fig. 6 - shower handle in perspective view the other side, fig.7- shower handle in front view, fig.8- shower handle in rear view, fig.9- shower handle in top view and fig.10- shower handle in bottom view.

Uchwyt prysznica recznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac bryly, której zarys sciany górnej i sciany dolnej ma ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami, zas sciany boczne maja zarysy czworoboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate. Na scianie dolnej uchwytu znajduje sie nakladka majaca ksztalt piecioscianu, w którym sciany boczne maja w przyblizeniu zarysy trójkata z lukowatymi bokami. Sciana dolna i górna nakladki jest wypukla. W polu wypuklej sciany dolnej nakladki znajduje sie otwór, a w nim polozony jest cylindryczny element gwintowany. Od strony przedniej uchwytu widoczne jest wybranie majace, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys litery „U", a w nim usytuowana jest wkladka. The hand shower holder, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the form of a solid, the outline of which the upper wall and the lower wall have the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with arched arms, and the side walls have the contours of a quadrilateral, with three arched sides. On the lower wall of the handle there is an overlay in the shape of a cube, in which the side walls approximately have the outlines of a triangle with arched sides. The bottom and top wall of the overlay is convex. There is a hole in the convex wall of the lower cap with a cylindrical threaded element in it. From the front side of the handle a recess is visible having, in top and bottom views, the outline of the letter "U" with an insert positioned therein.
