Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia przykrywke do miski w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- przykrywke do miski w widoku z przodu, fig.3- przykrywke do miski w widoku z tylu, fig.4- przykrywke do miski w widoku z boku, fig.5- przykrywke do miski z drugiego boku, fig.6- przykrywke do miski w widoku z góry, a fig.7- przykrywke do miski w widoku z dolu.Przykrywka do miski wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt czaszy kulistej, w której od strony bocznej znajduje sie wybranie majace, w widoku z góry, zarys czesci kola, przy czym w wybraniu polozony jest wystep o zarysie czesci mniejszego kola. Posrodku wypuklej górnej powierzchni przykrywki znajduje sie trzysegmentowy uchwyt, w którym segment dolny stanowi owalna plytke, segment srodkowy stanowi wystep, który w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma zarys czworoboku z lukowatymi bokami, a segment górny ma postac dwóch skrzydelek, które w widoku z góry tworza zarys dwóch zlaczonych pólowali, a w widoku z boku tworza zarys dwóch zestawionych trójkatów rozwartokatnych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.FIG. 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4FIG. 5 FIG. 6FIG. 7 PL3/ Jakob HEIBERG 4/ Robert H.C.M. DAENEN The design registration right is valid from: 13 February 2003 Priority: 14 August 2002 (United States of America) The subject of the industrial design is a bowl lid. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a bowl lid in a perspective view, fig. 2 - a bowl lid in a front view, fig. 3 - a bowl lid in a back view, fig. 4 - a bowl lid in a side view, fig. 5 - a bowl lid from the other side, fig. 6 - a bowl lid in a top view, and fig. 7 - a bowl lid in a bottom view. The bowl lid according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it has the shape of a spherical cap, in which there is a recess on the side side having, in a top view, the outline of a part of a circle, wherein a protrusion with the outline of a part of a smaller circle is located in the recess. In the center of the convex upper surface of the cover there is a three-segment handle, in which the lower segment is an oval plate, the middle segment is a protrusion which in the front and back views has the outline of a quadrilateral with arcuate sides, and the upper segment is in the form of two wings which in the top view form the outline of two joined half-ovals, and in the side view form the outline of two juxtaposed obtuse triangles, as shown in the attached drawings, figs. 1 to 7.
