Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac dozownika przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz powierzchni. Dozownik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt wysmuklej bryly zblizonej do walca majacego podstawe owalna i lekkie przewezenie w przyblizeniu posrodku wysokosci oraz lekkie wybrzuszenia po obu stronach tego przewezenia, przy czym wybrzuszenie górne z tylu jest nieco mniejsze niz wybrzuszenie dolne z tylu i z przodu i wybrzuszenie górne z przodu. Podstawa dozownika jest plaska, zas górna czesc jest pochylona lukowato ku przodowi i zweza sie w ksztalt dziobka majacego wypukly wierzch oraz jest zakonczona otworem o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata / a takze zaopatrzona z tylu dozownika na obszarze splaszczonym w owalny, lekko wypukly wystep, osadzony we wglebieniu i obramowany u dolu rowkiem. Cala powierzchnia bryly dozownika jest podzielona wzdluz lekko falista, obejmujaca czesc dziobka i podstawy, linia na dwa obszary, odrózniajace sie od siebie barwa, przy czym czesc przednia jest ciemniejsza, a czesc tylna jasniejsza. Istotne cechy dozownika stanowi to, ze ma ksztalt wysmuklej bryly zblizonej do walca majacego podstawe owalna i lekkie przewezenie w przyblizeniu posrodkuwysokosci oraz lekkie wybrzuszenia po obu stronach tego przewezenia, przy czym wybrzuszenie górne z tylu jest nieco mniejsze niz wybrzuszenie dolne z tylu i z przodu i wybrzuszenie górne z przodu, natomiast podstawa dozownika jest plaska, zas górna czesc jest pochylona lukowato ku przodowi i zweza sie w ksztalt dziobka majacego wypukly wierzch oraz jest zakonczona otworem o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, a takze zaopatrzona z tylu dozownika na obszarze splaszczonym w owalny, lekko wypukly wystep, osadzony we wglebieniu i obramowany u dolu rowkiem, ponadto cala powierzchnia bryly dozownika jest podzielona wzdluz lekko falista, obejmujaca czesc dziobka i podstawy, linia na dwa obszary, odrózniajace sie od siebie barwa, przy czym czesc przednia jest ciemniejsza, a czesc tylna jasniejsza, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig.l- fig.7. Priority: July 26, 2001, United States of America. The subject of the industrial design is a dispenser. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the dispenser, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the dispenser in a perspective view from the front and side, Fig. 2 - the dispenser in a back view, Fig. 3 - the dispenser in a front view, Fig. 4 - the dispenser in a left side view, Fig. 5 - the dispenser in a right side view, Fig. 6 - the dispenser in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the dispenser according to the design in a bottom view. The industrial design dispenser is characterized by having the shape of a slender cylinder-like shape with an oval base and a slight narrowing approximately in the middle of its height, as well as slight bulges on either side of this narrowing, with the upper bulge at the rear being slightly smaller than the lower bulge at the rear and front, and the upper bulge at the front. The base of the dispenser is flat, while the upper part is arcuately inclined towards the front and narrows into a spout with a convex top and terminates in a roughly rectangular opening. The rear of the dispenser is also provided with an oval, slightly convex protrusion, set in a recess and framed at the bottom by a groove, in the flattened area. The entire surface of the dispenser body is divided lengthwise with a slightly wavy line, covering the spout and base, into two areas, distinguished by their color, with the front part being darker and the rear part lighter. The essential features of the dispenser are that it has the shape of a slender cylinder-like solid with an oval base and a slight narrowing approximately in the middle of the height and slight bulges on both sides of this narrowing, wherein the upper bulge at the back is slightly smaller than the lower bulge at the back and at the front and the upper bulge at the front, while the base of the dispenser is flat, while the upper part is inclined in an arc towards the front and narrows into the shape of a spout with a convex top and is finished with an opening in a shape close to a rectangle, and is also provided at the back of the dispenser, in the flattened area, with an oval, slightly convex protrusion, set in a recess and framed at the bottom with a groove, moreover, the entire surface of the dispenser solid is divided along a slightly wavy line, covering the spout and base part, into two areas, distinguished from each other by color, with the front part being darker and the back part lighter, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1- fig. 7.
