Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia rysunek uchwytu mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.3- uchwytmieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z tylu i z drugiego boku, fig.4- uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i z boku z dolu, fig.5- uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku z boku, fig.6- uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.7- uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widokuz przodu, fig.8- uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku z tylu, fig.9- uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku z góry, a fig.10- uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku z dolu. Uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy segment glówny oraz raczke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment glówny ma ksztalt walca, którego sciana boczna jest lukowato podkrojona od strony tylnej, zas raczka ma ksztalt walca, którego os tworzy kat ostry z osia pionowa segmentu glównego. Ponadto raczka polozona jest na krawedzi sciany górnej i sciany bocznej segmentu glównego. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a drawing of a sanitary mixer valve handle in a perspective view from the front, from above and from the side, fig. 2 - a sanitary mixer valve handle in a perspective view from above, from the front and from the side, fig. 3 - a sanitary mixer valve handle in a perspective view from above, from the back and from the other side, fig. 4 - a sanitary mixer valve handle in a perspective view from the back and from the side from below, fig. 5 - a sanitary mixer valve handle in a side view, fig. 6 - a sanitary mixer valve handle in a side view, fig. 7 - a sanitary mixer valve handle in a front view, fig. 8 - a sanitary mixer valve handle in a back view, fig. 9 - a sanitary mixer valve handle in a top view, and fig. 10 - a sanitary mixer valve handle in a bottom view. The handle of a sanitary mixer valve according to the industrial design, comprising a main segment and a handle, has the following important features: the main segment is in the shape of a cylinder, the side wall of which is arcuately cut from the rear side, and the handle is in the shape of a cylinder, the axis of which forms an acute angle with the vertical axis of the main segment. Furthermore, the handle is located on the edge of the top wall and the side wall of the main segment. Inside the main segment, a central element is visible, having the shape of the letter "U", as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1 to 10.
