Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie zaworu sanitarnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia zawór sanitarny w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig.2- zawór w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, fig.3- zawór w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, fig.4- zawór w widoku z boku, fig.5- zawór w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- zawór w widoku z przodu, fig.7- zawór w widoku z tylu, fig.8- zawór w widoku z góry, a fig.9- zawór w widoku z dolu.Zawór sanitarny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy korpus, który w widoku z góry ma zarys litery „T", uchwyt mieszalnikowy usytuowany centralnie na korpusie oraz dwa wystepy maskujace usytuowane od strony tylnej korpusu, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc wylewowa korpusu jest lukowato wyprofilowana ku przodowi, przy czym posrodku powierzchni górnej czesci wylewowej znajduje sie wystep górny o ksztalcie kuli polaczonej z walcem, zas na powierzchni dolnej czesci wylewowej, w osi wystepu górnego, znajduje sie walcowy wystep z koncówka gwintowana. Od strony dolnej powierzchnia czesci wylewowej jest lukowato wyprofilowana oraz ma skosne podciecie, na którym usytuowana jest cylindryczna koncówka wylewu w taki sposób, ze pionowa os cylindrycznej koncówki wylewu przecina sie z osia wystepu górnego. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the sanitary valve. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a sanitary valve in a perspective view from above, fig. 2 - the valve in a perspective view from below, fig. 3 - the valve in a perspective view from the back, fig. 4 - the valve in a side view, fig. 5 - the valve in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the valve in a front view, fig. 7 - the valve in a back view, fig. 8 - the valve in a top view, and fig. 9 - the valve in a bottom view. The sanitary valve according to the industrial design, comprising a body which in a top view has the outline of the letter "T", a mixing handle located centrally on the body and two masking projections located on the rear side of the body, has the following essential features: the pouring part of the body is arc-shaped towards the front, and in the middle of the upper surface of the pouring part there is an upper projection in the shape of a ball connected to a cylinder, while on the lower surface The pouring part, along the axis of the upper projection, features a cylindrical projection with a threaded tip. The lower surface of the pouring part is arc-shaped and has an oblique undercut, on which the cylindrical nozzle tip is located so that the vertical axis of the cylindrical nozzle tip intersects the axis of the upper projection. Two symmetrical masking projections are located on the flat rear wall of the body, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 9.
