Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie glowicy prysznica recznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia glowice prysznica recznego w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, z boku i od strony zakonczenia, fig.2- glowice prysznica recznego w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu i z boku, fig.3-glowice w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i od strony zakonczenia, fig.4- glowice w widoku perspektywicznym zgóry i z boku, fig.5- glowice w widoku z boku, fig.6- glowice w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.7- glowice w widoku z dolu, fig.8- glowice w widoku z góry, fig.9- glowice w widoku od przodu, a fig.10- glowice od strony zakonczenia. Glowica prysznica recznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac bryly bedacej polaczeniem pólkulistego wylewu i podluznego uchwytu, przy czym sitko wylewu ma wypukla centralna czesc, a w jego polu znajduje sie dwanascie kolistych otworów ulozonych w czterech rzedach, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie mniejsze koliste otworki, a ponadto wokól wypuklej centralnej czesci ulozone sa obwodowo najmniejsze koliste otworki. Wypukla czasza glowicy zawiera pierscien, na którego powierzchni bocznej znajduje sie wystep skierowany w kierunku tylu glowicy i wystep ten ma, w widoku z boku, zarys trójkata. Uchwyt glowicy jest pogrubiony w czesci srodkowej, a w widoku z góry zarys uchwytu tworzy w przyblizeniu zarys trapezu równoramiennego z falistymi ramionami, przy czym zakonczenie uchwytu ma postac gwintu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.10.Fig. 1 PL PL3/ Fabian KOLLMANN Design registration valid from: 25 July 2003 Priority: 28 January 2003 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a hand shower head. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the hand shower head. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the hand shower heads in a perspective view from below, from the side and from the end side, fig. 2 - the hand shower heads in a perspective view from below and from the side, fig. 3 - the heads in a perspective view from above, from the side and from the end side, fig. 4 - the heads in a perspective view from above and from the side, fig. 5 - the heads in a side view, fig. 6 - the heads in a view from the other side, fig. 7 - the heads in a bottom view, fig. 8 - the heads in a top view, fig. 9 - the heads in a front view, and fig. 10 - the heads from the end side. The industrial-design hand shower head has the following essential features: it has the form of a solid combining a hemispherical spout and an elongated handle, with the spout strainer having a convex central section and twelve circular holes arranged in four rows, with smaller circular holes between them. Furthermore, the smallest circular holes are arranged circumferentially around the convex central section. The convex bowl of the shower head includes a ring whose lateral surface has a projection directed towards the rear of the shower head; this projection, when viewed from the side, has the outline of a triangle. The shower head handle is thickened in its central section, and when viewed from above, the handle's outline forms approximately the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with wavy arms, with the handle ending in the form of a thread, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 to Fig. 10.
