Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koperta do zegarka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter koperty do zegarka przejawia sie w cechach jej ksztaltu i ornamentacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia koperte do zegarka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- koperte w widoku z przodu, fig.3- koperte w widoku z tylu, fig.4- koperte w widoku z boku, fig.5- koperte w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- koperte w widoku z góry, a fig.7- koperte w widoku z dolu. Koperta do zegarka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majaca w widoku z przodu w przyblizeniu zarys kolisty, obejmujaca trzy segmenty, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment przedni stanowiacy ozdobny pierscien ma przy krawedzi zewnetrznej dwanascie wglebien, z których kazde ma, w widoku z przodu, zarys trapezu równoramiennego. Segment tylny stanowiacy pokrywe koperty ma szesc wglebien polozonych przy krawedzi obwodowej. Walcowa nakretka usytuowana w segmencie srodkowym ma osiem wystepów polozonych na obwodzie sciany bocznej oraz wypukla kolista powierzchnie górna, przy czym nakretka znajduje siepomiedzy dwoma ozdobnymi wystepami, z których kazdy przebiega na scianie bocznej segmentu srodkowego,w kierunku ucha koperty, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3FIG.4FIG.5FIG.6FIG.7 PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a watch case. The novelty and individual character of the watch case are manifested in the features of its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the watch case in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the case in a front view, Fig. 3 - the case in a back view, Fig. 4 - the case in a side view, Fig. 5 - the case in a side view, Fig. 6 - the case in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the case in a bottom view. The watch case according to the industrial design, having a roughly circular outline in the front view, comprising three segments, has the following significant features: the front segment, constituting a decorative ring, has twelve recesses at its outer edge, each of which, in the front view, has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid. The rear segment, which constitutes the cover of the envelope, has six recesses located at the circumferential edge. A cylindrical nut located in the middle segment has eight projections located around the circumference of the side wall and a convex circular upper surface, wherein the nut is located between two decorative projections, each of which runs on the side wall of the middle segment towards the handle of the envelope, as shown in the attached illustration, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
