3/ Fabian KOLLMANN Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia: 11 czerwca 2003 Pierwszenstwo: 12 grudnia 2002r (Republika Federalna Niemiec) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest prysznic reczny. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie prysznica recznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia prysznic reczny w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z tylu i z boku, fig.2- prysznic reczny w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.3-prysznic w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, z tylu i z boku, fig.4- prysznic w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, z przodu i z boku, fig.5- prysznic" w widoku z boku, fig.6- prysznic w widoku z drugiego boku,fig.7- prysznic w widoku z góry, fig.8- prysznic w widoku z dolu, fig.9- prysznic w widoku z przodu, a fig.10- prysznic w widoku z tylu. Prysznic reczny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac bryly bedacej polaczeniem dwóch bryl, z których jedna stanowi glowice prysznica, a druga stanowi uchwyt wyprofilowany od glowicy. Glowica prysznica ma wypukla sciane górna i dolna, kazda o zarysie kola, przy czym sciana górna glowicy stanowi sitko, w polu, którego widocznych jest piec wypuklych pierscieni, a w polu kazdego pierscienia znajduja sie koliste otworki. Posrodku sitka usytuowane sa trzy stozkowate wypuklosci z centralnymi otworkami, a przy krawedzi sitka znajduje sie wystep z wypukla sciana górna. Uchwyt ma ksztalt cylindra, którego sciana boczna jest splaszczona od strony glowicy prysznica, a od strony zakonczenia ma gwintowany cylindryczny wystep. Kierunek plaszczyzny sciany dolnej uchwytu jest, w widoku z boku, przedluzeniem plaszczyzny sciany dolnej glowicy, a ponadto w polu sciany dolnej glowicy widoczne sa dwa faliste zarysy, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.10.FIG.1FIG.3 FIG.4FIG.6 FIG.7FIG.9 FIG.1 0 PL PL3/ Fabian KOLLMANN Design registration valid from: 11 June 2003 Priority: 12 December 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a hand shower. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the hand shower. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a hand shower in a perspective view from above, from the back and from the side, Fig. 2 - a hand shower in a perspective view from above, from the front and from the side, Fig. 3 - a shower in a perspective view from below, from the back and from the side, Fig. 4 - a shower in a perspective view from below, from the front and from the side, Fig. 5 - a shower" in a side view, Fig. 6 - a shower in a view from the other side, Fig. 7 - a shower in a top view, Fig. 8 - a shower in a bottom view, Fig. 9 - a shower in a front view, and Fig. 10 - a shower in a back view. The hand shower according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it has the form of a solid being a combination of two solids, one of which is the shower head and the other is a handle profiled from the head. The shower head has a convex upper and lower wall, Each has a circular outline, with the upper wall of the head forming a strainer, in the area of which five convex rings are visible, and in the area of each ring there are circular holes. In the center of the strainer are three conical protrusions with central holes, and at the edge of the strainer there is a protrusion with a convex upper wall. The holder is cylindrical in shape, the side wall of which is flattened on the shower head side, and on the end side it has a threaded cylindrical protrusion. The direction of the plane of the lower wall of the holder is, in a side view, an extension of the plane of the lower wall of the head.
