Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie szczotki do sanitariatów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia szczotke do sanitariatów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- szczotke w widoku z tylu, fig.3- szczotke w widoku z przodu, fig.4- szczotke w widoku z boku, fig.5- szczotke w widoku z góry, fig.6- szczotke w widoku z dolu, a fig.7- szczotke w widoku perspektywicznym z przykladowa podstawa.Szczotka do sanitariatów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca czesc dolna, czesc srodkowa i uchwyt, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc dolna obejmuje wlosie ulozone w peczkach na zarysach kolistych, na dziesieciu poziomach, przy czym w widoku z przodu i z tylu wlosie tworzy zarys prostokata z jednym, krótszym lukowatym bokiem. Czesc srodkowa szczotki obejmuje trzy segmenty, z których dolny, najwyzszy, ma ksztalt stozka scietego z wypukla sciana boczna, srodkowy ma ksztalt walca, a górny ma ksztalt walca z wypukla sciana górna. Uchwyt wypietrza sie ze sciany górnej czesci srodkowej szczotki i ma w widoku z boku zarys paraboli. Ponadto na przedniej czesci ramienia uchwytu widoczny jest owalny otwór, w którym usytuowany jest wystajacy element, a w polu sciany bocznej srodkowego segmentu czesci srodkowej szczotki widoczny jest kolisty obszar, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.FIG. 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3FIG. 5 FIG. 6FIG. 7 PL PL2/ BELT Marcel 3/ STUDER Eugene The design registration right is valid from: 10 April 2003 Priority: 10 October 2002 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is a toilet brush. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the toilet brush. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a bathroom brush in a perspective view, fig. 2 - a brush in a back view, fig. 3 - a brush in a front view, fig. 4 - a brush in a side view, fig. 5 - a brush in a top view, fig. 6 - a brush in a bottom view, and fig. 7 - a brush in a perspective view with an exemplary base. The bathroom brush according to the industrial design, comprising a lower part, a middle part and a handle, has the following essential features: the lower part comprises bristles arranged in tufts in circular outlines, on ten levels, while in the front and back views the bristles form a rectangular outline with one shorter, arcuate side. The middle part of the brush comprises three segments, of which the lower, highest one has the shape of a truncated cone with a convex side wall, the middle one has the shape of a cylinder, and the upper one has the shape of a cylinder with a convex top wall. The handle protrudes from the upper wall of the middle part of the brush and has the outline of a parabola in a side view. Furthermore, on the front part of the handle arm, there is an oval opening in which a protruding element is located, and in the area of the side wall of the middle segment of the middle part of the brush, there is a circular area, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7.
