Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia czajnik elektryczny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- czajnik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- czajnik w widoku z tylu, fig.4- czajnik w widoku z boku, fig.5- czajnik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- czajnik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- czajnik w widoku z dolu.Czajnik elektryczny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy korpus z dzióbkiem, uchwyt z podstawa oraz przykrywke korpusu, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: od korpusu majacego ksztalt stozka scietego odchodzi dwusegmentowy uchwyt z podstawa, którego segment górny ma, w widoku z boku, zarys pólowalnego pasa przylegajacego, od wewnetrznej strony, do pasa o zarysie cyfry „0", zas segment dolny ma zarys trapezu prostokatnego laczacego sie od góry z pólowalnym pasem segmentu górnego uchwytu i od dolu z podstawa, która w widoku z boku i z tylu ma zarys trapezu równoramiennego, przy czym podstawa ta przylega do sciany bocznej korpusu czajnika. W widoku z tylu, uchwyt ma zarys prostokata, którego jeden krótszy bok jest lukowaty, a w polu prostokata widoczne sa dwa zarysy lukowate polaczone w czesci górnej linia prosta i w czesci dolnej linia lukowata. Ponadto przykrywka korpusu ma, w widoku z przodu i z boku, zarys trapezu równoramiennego, a w widoku z góry zarys kolisty z lukowatym wcieciem od strony dzióbka korpusu. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows an electric kettle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - a kettle in a front view, fig. 3 - a kettle in a back view, fig. 4 - a kettle in a side view, fig. 5 - a kettle in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - a kettle in a top view, and fig. 7 - a kettle in a bottom view. The electric kettle according to the industrial design, comprising a body with a spout, a handle with a base and a body cover, has the following essential features: from the body in the shape of a truncated cone there extends a two-segment handle with a base, the upper segment of which has, in a side view, the outline of a semi-oval strip adjoining, from the inside, a strip with the outline of the number "0", while the lower segment has the outline of a rectangular trapezoid connecting from the top with the semi-oval strip of the upper segment of the handle and from the bottom with the base, which in a side and At the back, it has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, with this base adjoining the side wall of the kettle body. In the back view, the handle has the outline of a rectangle, one shorter side of which is arc-shaped, and within the rectangle, two arc-shaped outlines are visible, connected in the upper part by a straight line and in the lower part by an arc-shaped line. Furthermore, the body cover has, in the front and side views, the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, and in the top view, a circular outline with an arc-shaped indentation on the side of the body spout. In the cover area, a central recess is visible, having the outline of a circle in the top view, and inside the recess, there is a handle protruding above the surface of the cover, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
