Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke ze szkla w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z tylu, fig.4- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.5- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.7- butelke w widoku z dolu.Butelka ze szkla wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki obejmuje dwa segmenty i zakonczony jest dwusegmentowa szyjka, przy czym górny segment korpusu stanowi stozek sciety, którego sciana boczna jest wypukla w jego dolnej czesci. Dolny segment korpusu ma plaskie koliste dno i sciane boczna, która w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma zarys falisty, przy czym krawedz sciany bocznej tego segmentu ma od strony przedniej i tylnej zarys paraboli i przebiega skosnie w kierunku sciany bocznej górnego segmentu korpusu. W widoku z boku sciana boczna dolnego korpusu tworzy zarys figury obejmujacej w czesci dolnej trapez równoramienny z lukowatymi bokami, a w czesci górnej trójkat równoboczny z lukowatymi ramionami i zaokraglonym wierzcholkiem. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a glass bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - a bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - a bottle in a back view, fig. 4 - a bottle in a side view, fig. 5 - a bottle in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - a bottle in a top view, and fig. 7 - a bottle in a bottom view. The glass bottle according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the body of the bottle comprises two segments and is terminated with a two-segment neck, wherein the upper segment of the body is a truncated cone, the side wall of which is convex in its lower part. The lower body segment has a flat, circular bottom and a side wall that has a wavy outline in front and rear views, wherein the edge of the side wall of this segment has a parabolic outline on the front and rear sides and runs obliquely towards the side wall of the upper body segment. In a side view, the side wall of the lower body forms the outline of a figure comprising, in its lower portion, an isosceles trapezoid with arcuate sides, and in its upper portion, an equilateral triangle with arcuate legs and a rounded top.
