(Wielka Brytania) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do przechowywania i dozowania plynów dezodorujacych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, naktórych fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od lewej strony, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu, zas fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku na prawy bok. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, pojemnik posiadajacy czesc dolna postumentowa i czesc górna nasadkowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc dolna postumentowa ma podstawe zblizona do elipsy, która w widoku z boku na okolo 3/4 wysokosci zmniejsza swoja srednice przypominajac stozek. Nastepnie na 1/4 wysokosci krawedzie zewnetrzne tej czesci rozchodza sie na boki podwajajac srednice dolnej czesci postumentowej. Jedna krawedz lekko jest odgieta a druga wygieta ku dolnej krawedzi przeciwleglej czesci nasadkowej i jest dluzsza od srednicy górnej czesci stozkowej. Przy czym srednica krawedzi górnej dolnej czesci postumentowej jest równa srednicy podstawy czesci górnej nasadkowej. Na calej wysokosci czesci dolnej postumentowej, wzdluz boków usytuowana jest lagodna zalamujaca sie linia, majaca swój poczatek u podstawy a koniec przy przeciwleglej krawedzi tej czesci. Krawedz górna, dolnej czesci postumentowej jest odchylona pod katem zmieniajac srodek ciezkosci czesci górnej nasadkowej. W widoku z przodu pojemnik ma ksztalt korpusu ciala kobiety. Czesc górna nasadkowa stanowi kopula ze scietym wierzcholkiem, której srednica podstawy odpowiada dluzszej srednicy podstawy dolnej czesci postumentowej a srednica sciecia jest okolo dwukrotnie mniejsza. The subject of the ornamental design is a container intended for storing and dispensing deodorant liquids. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view from the left side, Fig. 2 - the container from the bottom, Fig. 3 - the container in a front view, and Fig. 4 - the container from the right side. According to the decorative pattern, and as shown in the attached drawings, the container, which has a lower pedestal section and an upper cap section, is characterized by the lower pedestal section having a base similar to an ellipse, which, when viewed from the side, reduces its diameter to resemble a cone at approximately 3/4 of its height. Then, at 1/4 of its height, the outer edges of this section diverge sideways, doubling the diameter of the lower pedestal section. One edge is slightly bent, and the other is bent towards the lower edge of the opposite cap section and is longer than the diameter of the upper conical section. The diameter of the upper edge of the lower pedestal section is equal to the diameter of the base of the upper cap section. A gently curving line runs along the sides of the lower pedestal, starting at the base and ending at the opposite edge of the lower pedestal. The upper edge of the lower pedestal is angled, altering the center of gravity of the upper cap section. From the front, the container has the shape of a woman's torso. The upper cap section is a dome with a truncated top, the base diameter of which is equal to the longer diameter of the base of the lower pedestal, and the truncated diameter is approximately half as large.
