Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac dlugopisu, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. The essence of the design is a new form of the ballpoint pen, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the ballpoint pen in a side view, in a position with the writing insert extended, fig. 2 - the ballpoint pen in a bottom view, fig. 3 - the ballpoint pen in a front view, in a position with the writing insert extended, fig. 4 - the ballpoint pen in a view from the other side, in a position with the writing insert withdrawn, fig. 5 - the ballpoint pen in a back view with the writing insert withdrawn, fig. 6 - the ballpoint pen in a top view, and fig. 7 - the ballpoint pen in a perspective view. The ballpoint pen according to the ornamental pattern, comprising a three-segment body with a transparent lower and upper segment and a transparent catch, is characterized in that the lower segment has the shape of a truncated cone with a concave side wall, the middle segment has a truncated cone shape, and the upper segment has a truncated cone shape, the side wall of which has a barrel-shaped convexity in its upper part, while between the lower and middle segments there is a conical surface. On the surface of the upper segment, on the front side, there are two concavities that, in a side view, have trapezoidal outlines. Above the concavities is a convex hook, which, in a front view, has an oval outline. In addition, the hook has two projections on the underside, one of which has a triangular outline and is recessed into the trapezoidal concavity of the body. The height of the middle segment is about twice the height of the lower segment, and the height of the upper segment is about three times the height of the middle segment, as in the example above.
