Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, fig.2- butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig.3- butelke w widoku z przodu, a fig.4- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus z szyjka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki mozna podzielic na segment dolny, segment srodkowy i segment górny, przy czym segment dolny ma w przyblizeniuksztalt walca z lekko wypukla sciana boczna, w polu, której znajduja sie dwa ozdobne faliste wklesniecia przebiegajace obwodowo, zas dno korpusu jest wklesle i w jego polu widocznych jest piec zarysów, kazdy w ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego, którego podstawa i boki sa lukowate. Wspomniane trójkatne zarysy ulozone sa symetrycznie wokól centralnych obrysów kolistych. Segment srodkowy ma ksztalt walca, którego sciana boczna jest wklesla w czesci dolnej i wypukla w czesci górnej, przy czym wysokosc segmentu srodkowego jest wieksza od wysokosci segmentu dolnego. Segment górny korpusu obejmuje w czesci dolnej stozek sciety, a w czesci górnej, pod szyjka, nizszy stozek sciety, którego sciana boczna ma zarys falisty. Ponadto wysokosc segmentu górnego jest okolo dwa razy wieksza od wysokosci segmentu dolnego. Szyjka butelki ma ksztalt walca i oddzielona jest kolnierzem od segmentu górnego korpusu. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a bottom perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a top perspective view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a front view, and fig. 4 - the bottle in a bottom view. An industrial design bottle, comprising a body with a neck, has the following essential features: the body of the bottle can be divided into a lower segment, a middle segment, and an upper segment. The lower segment is roughly cylindrical in shape with a slightly convex side wall, featuring two decorative, wavy concavities running circumferentially. The bottom of the body is concave, with five visible contours, each in the shape of an isosceles triangle, with arched base and sides. These triangular contours are arranged symmetrically around central circular contours. The middle segment is cylindrical in shape, with a side wall concave at the bottom and convex at the top, with the middle segment being higher than the lower segment. The upper body segment comprises a truncated cone in its lower part, and a lower truncated cone in its upper part, under the neck, whose side wall has a wavy outline. Furthermore, the height of the upper segment is approximately twice that of the lower segment. The bottle neck is cylindrical and is separated from the upper body segment by a flange.
