Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the bottle.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, fig.2- butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig.3- butelke w widoku z przodu, a fig.4- butelke w widoku z dolu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view from below, fig. 2 - a bottle in perspective from above, fig. 3 - a bottle in a front view, and fig. view from below.

Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus z szyjka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki mozna podzielic na segment dolny, segment srodkowy i segment górny, przy czym segment dolny ma w przyblizeniuksztalt walca z lekko wypukla sciana boczna, w polu, której znajduja sie dwa ozdobne faliste wklesniecia przebiegajace obwodowo, zas dno korpusu jest wklesle i w jego polu widocznych jest piec zarysów, kazdy w ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego, którego podstawa i boki sa lukowate. Wspomniane trójkatne zarysy ulozone sa symetrycznie wokól centralnych obrysów kolistych. Segment srodkowy ma ksztalt walca, którego sciana boczna jest wklesla w czesci dolnej i wypukla w czesci górnej, przy czym wysokosc segmentu srodkowego jest wieksza od wysokosci segmentu dolnego. Segment górny korpusu obejmuje w czesci dolnej stozek sciety, a w czesci górnej, pod szyjka, nizszy stozek sciety, którego sciana boczna ma zarys falisty. Ponadto wysokosc segmentu górnego jest okolo dwa razy wieksza od wysokosci segmentu dolnego. Szyjka butelki ma ksztalt walca i oddzielona jest kolnierzem od segmentu górnego korpusu.
