Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Butelka w pierwszej i drugiej odmianie wzoru ma zasadniczo cylindryczny korpus i okragle dno. Korpus w górnej czesci zweza sie ku szyjce butelki o mniejszej srednicy. Korpus posiada zaznaczona pierscieniowa podstawe. Na powierzchni korpusu znajduja sie charakterystyczne urzezbienia w postaci elementów o ksztalcie pochylonych zdziebel trawy biegnacych obwodowo wokól korpusu, zasadniczo w jego dolnej czesci.Cechami istotnymi butelki w pierwszej i drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze ma zasadniczo cylindryczny korpus i okragle dno, przy czym korpus w górnej czesci zweza sie ku szyjce butelki o mniejszej srednicy oraz korpus posiada zaznaczona pierscieniowa podstawe, zas na powierzchni korpusu znajduja sie charakterystyczne urzezbienia w postaci elementów o ksztalcie pochylonych zdziebel trawy biegnacych obwodowo wokól korpusu, zasadniczo w jego dolnej czesci, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1, 1.2, 2.2, 3.2, 4.2, 5.2.FIG. 1.1 FIG. 1,2FIG. 1.1 FIG. 2.1 FIG. 3.1 FIG. 4.1 FIG. 5.1FIG. 1.2 FIG. 2.2FIG. 3.2 FIG. 4.2 FIG. 5.2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bottle design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1.1 shows the bottle in the first design variant in a perspective view, fig. 2.1 - the bottle from fig. 1.1 in a front view, fig. 3.1 - the bottle from fig. 1.1 in a back view, fig. 4.1 - the bottle from fig. 1.1 in a top view, fig. 5.1 - the bottle from fig. 1.1 in a bottom view, fig. 1.2 shows the bottle in the second design variant in a perspective view, fig. 2.2 - the bottle from fig. 1.2 in a front view, fig. 3.2 - the bottle from fig. 1.2 in a back view, fig. 4.2 - the bottle from fig. 1.2 in a top view, fig. 5.2 - the bottle from fig. 1.2 in a bottom view. The bottle in the first and second design variations has a generally cylindrical body and a round base. The body tapers towards the neck of the bottle, which has a smaller diameter. The body has a pronounced annular base. On the surface of the body there are characteristic carvings in the form of elements in the shape of inclined blades of grass running circumferentially around the body, generally in its lower part.
