W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Wzór butelki jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z bokui z góry, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma korpus w postaci bryly obrotowej, który sklada sie z polaczonych kolnierzem dwóch segmentów dolnego i górnego, przy czym segment górny jest krótszy niz dolny. Segment dolny ma ksztalt zblizony do walca, przy czym jego górna podstawa ma nieco mniejsza srednice niz dolna podstawa, która przechodzi w dno sciete w kierunku podstawy butelki. Segment górny ma ksztalt barylkowaty, a jego dolna srednica jest znacznie szersza niz srednica górna segmentu dolnego korpusu butelki. Powierzchnia boczna segmentu górnego jest lekko wypukla i zbiezna ku górze i ma wiele równomiernie ulozonych w ukosnych rzedach i naprzemiennie w poziomych szeregach kolowych zarysów. Powierzchnia boczna segmentu górnego przechodzi poprzez krawedz zalamania w zbiezna powierzchnie górna, na której, u góry, uksztaltowany jest plaski pierscien. Cechami istotnymi butelki, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest to, ze ma korpus w postaci bryly obrotowej, który sklada sie z polaczonych kolnierzem dwóch segmentów dolnego i górnego, przy czym segment górny jest krótszy niz dolny. Segment dolny ma ksztalt zblizony do walca, przy czym jego górna podstawa ma nieco mniejsza srednice niz dolna podstawa, która przechodzi w sciete w kierunku podstawybutelki dno. Segment górny ma ksztalt barylkowaty, a jego dolna srednica jest znacznie szersza niz srednica górna segmentu dolnego korpusu butelki. Powierzchnia boczna segmentu górnego jest lekko wypukla i zbiezna ku górze i ma wiele równomiernie ulozonych w ukosnych rzedach i naprzemiennie w poziomych szeregach kolowych zarysów. Powierzchnia boczna segmentu górnego przechodzi poprzez krawedz zalamania w zbiezna powierzchnie górna, na której, u góry, uksztaltowany jest plaski pierscien, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1-4. Compared to similar products of this type, the bottle, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape and surface properties. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a body in the form of a solid of revolution, which consists of two segments: a lower and an upper one, connected by a flange, with the upper segment being shorter than the lower one. The lower segment is roughly cylindrical in shape, with its upper base having a slightly smaller diameter than the lower base, which merges into a bottom cut towards the base of the bottle. The upper segment is barrel-shaped, and its lower diameter is significantly wider than the upper diameter of the lower segment of the bottle body. The lateral surface of the upper segment is slightly convex and tapering upwards, and has a number of evenly arranged circular contours in diagonal rows and alternating horizontal rows. The lateral surface of the upper segment merges through a kinked edge into a tapered upper surface, on which, at the top, a flat ring is formed. The essential features of the bottle, according to the industrial design, are its body in the form of a solid of revolution, consisting of two segments: a lower and an upper one, connected by a flange. The upper segment is shorter than the lower one. The lower segment is cylindrical in shape, with its upper base having a slightly smaller diameter than the lower base, which transitions into a base cut towards the base of the bottle.
