Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 01 lutego 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, znamienna ksztaltem, zmierzajacym do celów estetycznych i nadajaca sie do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 pokazano butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pokazano butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - pokazano butelke w widoku od strony jej dna, fig. 4 - pokazano widok butelki w przekroju wzdluz linii A-A, a na fig. 5 - pokazano butelke w widoku z góry. Przedmiot wzoru stanowi butelka, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt prostokata o lukowo zaokraglonych narozach, gdzie na górnej stozkowo scietejpowierzchni sa przetloczenia, usytuowane promieniscie wokól otworu, stylizowane na rozete kwiatowa i gdzie ponizej tej powierzchni jest wydzielona czesc zlozona z obwodowo umieszczonych przetloczen o ksztalcie zblizonym do kwadratu, ponizej której jest lukowo wglebiona czesc zaopatrzona w szereg równoleglych do siebie jednakowych wglebien o ksztalcie wydluzonego prostokata i zaokraglonych naroznikach, których wzdluzne osie sa równolegle do osi wzdluznej butelki i gdzie ponizej tej czesci sa cztery, nalozone na siebie obwodowe segmenty, a w dolnej czesci butelki wokól jej obwodu jest szereg jednakowych wglebien o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy, przy czym dno butelki zaopatrzone jest w rozete, której srodkowa czesc stanowi maly i duzy okrag do którego przylega promieniscie szereg ramion o ksztalcie wydluzonego prostokata, zaokraglonego na jednym koncu. The subject of the design is a bottle which, when viewed from above, has the shape of a rectangle with rounded-off arc corners, where on the upper conically cut surface there are embossments situated radially around the opening, stylized as a floral rosette, and where below this surface there is a separated part composed of circumferentially placed embossments of a shape close to a square, below which there is an arc-shaped recessed part provided with a series of parallel identical recesses in the shape of an elongated rectangle and rounded corners, the longitudinal axes of which are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bottle, and where below this part there are four superimposed circumferential segments, and in the lower part of the bottle around its circumference there is a series of identical recesses of a shape close to an ellipse, the bottom of the bottle being provided with a rosette, the central part of which is a small and large circle, to which a series of arms in the shape of an elongated rectangle, rounded at one end, radially adjoins.
