Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z tworzywa sztucznego przezna- czona na produkty chemiczne, zwlaszcza na plyn do pastowania i konsewacji lami- nowanych paneli podlogowych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacym butelce oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest pokazany na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przed- stawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2-butelke w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 przedsta- wia butelke w widoku z góry.Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma przekrój poprzeczny w ksztalcie elipsy scietej na jej koncach prostopadle do jej dluzszej osi, krótszej okolo 3 razy od wyso- kosci butelki oraz pólkolista czesc górna uksztaltowana z powierzchni o róznych wypuklosciach, które wzajemnie wnikaja w siebie wzdluz linii przenikan, jak to pokazano na fig. I i fig. 2. W srodku górnej czesci butelka ma czesc walcowa z gwintem na nakretke z uchylnym wieczkiem, o srednicy mniejszej od krótszej osi przekroju butelki. Scianki wezsze butelki maja ksztalt wydluzonych prostokatów, które przechodza w pólkoliscie uksztaltowana górna czesc butelki, jak to pokazano na fig. 2. Dolna i górna czesc butelki maja przekroje poprzeczne tej samej wielkosci, natomiast przekrój poprzeczny czesci srodkowej butelki jest mniejszy. Zmiana wielkosci powierzchni przekrojów butelki nastepuje wzdluz powierzchni nachylonych do srodka butelki zaznaczonych lukami na szerszych sciankach butelki, wygietymi w kierunku dna i pólkolistej czesci górnej butelki. The design is a plastic bottle intended for chemical products, particularly a polishing and maintenance fluid for laminate flooring. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the bottle a unique appearance. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a top view. The bottle, according to the ornamental pattern, has a cross-section in the shape of an ellipse truncated at its ends perpendicularly to its longer axis, shorter by about 3 times the height of the bottle, and a semicircular upper part formed of surfaces with various convexities that interpenetrate each other along the lines of penetration, as shown in Fig. I and Fig. 2. In the middle of the upper part, the bottle has a cylindrical part with a thread for a cap with a hinged lid, with a diameter smaller than the shorter axis of the bottle cross-section. The bottle's narrower walls are elongated rectangles that merge into the semicircular upper part of the bottle, as shown in Figure 2. The lower and upper parts of the bottle have cross-sections of the same size, while the cross-section of the middle part of the bottle is smaller. The change in the cross-sectional area of the bottle occurs along surfaces inclined towards the center of the bottle, marked by arcs on the wider bottle walls, bent towards the bottom and semicircular upper part of the bottle.
