Istota wzoru jest postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i estetycznym ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest plaskim rzutem z dolu opakowania, fig. 2 jest plaskim rzutem z góry opakowania, a fig. 3 jest bocznym plaskim rzutem opakowania. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma splaszczony, cylindryczny ksztalt. Plyta górna opakowania jest wieksza od podstawy, ma zasadniczo gladka powierzchnie o ksztalcie kolistym. Czesc obwodu plyty górnej jest powiekszona o zaokraglona wypustke z nacieciem przypominajacym litere C. Sciana boczna opakowania ma na przemian powierzchnie gladka i karbowana. W górnej czesci sciany bocznej jest zaokraglenie odchylone na zewnatrz od osi opakowania, a u dolu zaokraglone jest polaczenie z podstawa opakowania. Podstawa opakowania ma ksztalt kolisty. W podstawie znajduja sie wypuklosci w ksztalcie lukowatych odcinków. Lukowate odcinki znajdujace sie na koncentrycznych okregach wzgledem srodkapodstawy. Na kazdym z 4 okregów znajduje sie po 4 wypuklosci oddzielone od siebie przerwa mniejsza niz dlugosc wypuklosci. Wypuklosci te sa umieszczone naprzeciwlegle, to znaczy srodek wypuklosci znajdujacy sie na sasiednim okregu lezy naprzeciwko srodka przerwy miedzy pomiedzy wypuklosciami na danym okregu. The essence of the design is the form of the object, manifested in the shape and aesthetic arrangement of lines. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a plan view from the bottom of the packaging, Fig. 2 is a plan view from the top of the packaging, and Fig. 3 is a side plan view of the packaging. According to the ornamental design, the packaging has a flattened, cylindrical shape. The top panel of the packaging is larger than the base and has a generally smooth, circular surface. Part of the circumference of the top panel is enlarged by a rounded projection with a cut resembling the letter C. The side wall of the packaging has alternating smooth and notched surfaces. The upper part of the side wall has a rounded edge that angles outward from the package axis, and the bottom is rounded where it connects to the package base. The package base is circular. The base has protrusions in the form of arcuate segments. The arcuate segments are located on concentric circles relative to the center of the base. Each of the four circles has four protrusions, separated by a gap smaller than the protrusion's length. These protrusions are placed opposite each other, meaning that the center of the protrusion on the adjacent circle is opposite the center of the gap between the protrusions on the given circle.
