Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem. Tego typu butelka z zamknieciem jest przeznaczona zwlaszcza na plyny. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, butelka z zamknieciem, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór butelki z zamknieciem uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, fig.2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - butelke w widoku z jednej strony, z drugiej strony widok jest taki sam, fig.4 butelke w widoku od góry, fig.5 przestawia butelke w widoku od dolu. Butelka z zamknieciem, ma korpus w ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonej bryly obrotowej o podstawie w ksztalcie elipsy. Obwód korpusu jest zmienny , przy czym butelka w kierunku do góry i w widoku z przodu jest bardziej pekata niz w kierunku podstawy. Przejscie od korpusu do podstawy , stanowiace zwezenie butelki jest lagodnie wyprofilowane do srodka butelki. Zas w widoku z boku butelka ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych naroznikach, którego dluzsze boki stanowiasciany boczne butelki. Górna podstawa jest znacznie krótsza niz dolna. Natomiast zamkniecie ma ksztalt splaszczonej po bokach bryly obrotowej przypominajacej, w widoku z przodu, odwrócony stozek sciety, którego górna podstawa w ksztalcie elipsy, jest wieksza niz dolna. A od góry zamkniecie ma pofalowane obrzeze, wystajace poza jego górna podstawe. Obrzeze ma szesc fal, ulozonych po dwie od strony splaszczonych boków i po jednej na pozostalych bokach. Cechami istotnymi butelki z zamknieciem, jest to, ze ma korpus w ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonej bryly obrotowej o podstawie w ksztalcie elipsy, zas obwód korpusu jest zmienny , przy czym butelka w kierunku do góry i w widoku z przodu jest bardziej pekata niz w kierunku podstawy, a przejscie od korpusu do podstawy , stanowiace zwezenie butelki jest lagodnie wyprofilowane do srodka butelki, zas w widoku z boku butelka ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych naroznikach, którego dluzsze boki stanowia sciany boczne butelki, natomiast górna podstawa jest znacznie krótsza niz dolna, przy czym zamkniecie ma ksztalt splaszczonej po bokach bryly obrotowej przypominajacej , w widoku z przodu, odwrócony stozek sciety, którego górna podstawa w ksztalcie elipsy, jest wieksza niz dolna, a od góry zamkniecie ma pofalowane obrzeze, wystajace poza jego górna podstawe, przy czym obrzeze ma szesc fal, ulozonych po dwie od strony splaszczonych boków i po jednej na pozostalych bokach, jak to uwidoczniono na rysunku, fig. 1,2,3,4,5.FIG. 1FIG. 2FIG. 3FIG. 4 FIG. 5 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure. This type of bottle with a closure is intended primarily for liquids. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the bottle with a closure, as shown in the industrial design, is distinguished by a new form manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bottle with a closure is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view from above; Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view; Fig. 3 shows the bottle from one side, the other side being the same; Fig. 4 shows the bottle from above; Fig. 5 shows the bottle from below. The bottle with a closure has a body similar to a flattened solid of revolution with an elliptical base. The body's circumference varies, with the bottle being more bulging upwards and in the front view than towards the base. The transition from the body to the base, constituting the bottle's narrowing, is gently contoured towards the center. From the side, the bottle resembles a rectangle with rounded corners, the longer sides of which form the bottle's side walls. The upper base is significantly shorter than the lower. The closure, on the other hand, has the shape of a laterally flattened solid of revolution, resembling, from the front, an inverted truncated cone, whose upper, elliptical base is larger than the lower one. From the top, the closure has a wavy rim extending beyond its upper base. The rim has six waves, arranged two on the flattened sides and one on the other sides. The essential features of the bottle with a closure are that it has a body in a shape similar to a flattened solid of revolution with an elliptical base, and the body circumference is variable, wherein the bottle is more bulging towards the top and in the front view than towards the base, and the transition from the body to the base, constituting the bottle's narrowing, is gently profiled towards the center of the bottle, while in the side view the bottle has a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners, the longer sides of which constitute the side walls of the bottle, while the upper base is significantly shorter than the lower one, and the closure has the shape of a solid of revolution flattened on the sides, resembling, in the front view, an inverted truncated cone, the upper base of which in the shape of an ellipse is larger than the lower one, and from the top the closure has a wavy rim protruding beyond its upper base, wherein the rim has six waves, arranged two on the flattened sides and one on the remaining sides, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
