Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zamkniecie do butelek zaopatrzone w uchylna klapke. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zamkniecia do butelek, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku zamkniecie do butelek ma korpus, który w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt trapezu o zaokraglonych górnych naroznikach i ma w górnej czesci póllukowe wglebienie umieszczone pod prostokatna klapka. W widoku z góry, górna sciana ma równolegle do siebie skosnie krawedzie zaokraglone na obu koncach. Wwidoku z boku zamkniecie ma ksztalt prostokata, gdzie dwie zewnetrzne krawedzie zawezaja sie w kierunku jego podstawy. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a closure for bottles, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - bottle closure in a front view, fig. 2 - bottle closure in a side view, fig. 3 - bottle closure in a top view, fig. and Figure 4 shows a bottle closure in a bottom view. As shown in the figure, the bottle closure has a trapezoidal body in the front view with rounded top corners and has a semi-arched recess on the top underneath a rectangular flap. In the plan view, the upper wall has oblique curved edges parallel to each other at both ends. In the side view, the closure is rectangular in shape, with the two outer edges taper towards its base.
