Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle with a closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. A bottle with a closure, according to the industrial design, has a closure provided at the top with a cylindrical neck with a conical retaining ring and in cross-section has the shape of an oval flattened on both sides, and in the front and back view it has arched walls and flat surfaces in the shape of a rectangle connecting them, while in the upper part of the bottle, under the closure provided with a hinged, oval flap, there is a cylindrical neck provided with a conical ring and two trapezoidal surfaces, while the concave bottom of the bottle has the shape of an oval edged with an oval band. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a bottle with a closure in a front view, Fig. 2 shows a bottle with a closure in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the upper part of the bottle in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the upper part of the bottle in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle with a closure in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle with a closure 5 is provided at the top with a cylindrical neck 7 with a conical retaining ring 8. In cross-section, the bottle body has the shape of an oval flattened on both sides, and in the front and back view it has arched walls 1 and 2 and flat rectangular surfaces 3 and 4 connecting them. In the upper part of the bottle, under the closure 5 provided with a hinged, oval flap 6, on the oval surface 13 there is a cylindrical neck 7 provided with a conical ring 8 and two trapezoidal surfaces 9 and 10, while the concave bottom H of the bottle has the shape of an oval edged with an oval band 12.
