Butelka z zakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 16 maja 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka z zakretka o ksztalcie stozka scietego z otwierana od góry uchylna klapka, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt splaszczonego z jednego konca owalu i utworzony jest z lukowo wyoblonej czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany, które w czesci srodkowej maja wglebiona do wewnatrz skosna, opaskowa powierzchnie, ograniczona górna wyoblona krawedzia i dolna wyoblona krawedzia, przy czym górna czesc korpusu zakonczona jest wyoblona na zewnatrz powierzchnia, a dno butelki ma wklesla srodkowa czesc o ksztalcie owalu, obrzezona wypukla opaska.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku od strony splaszczonego boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku od strony drugiego boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 5 przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. A bottle with a truncated cone-shaped cap with a hinged flap opening from the top, characterized in that its body has a cross-section in the shape of an oval flattened at one end and is formed by an arched front wall and a rear wall, which in the middle part have an inwardly recessed oblique, band-like surface, limited by an upper rounded edge and a lower rounded edge, wherein the upper part of the body ends with an outwardly rounded surface, and the bottom of the bottle has a concave central part in the shape of an oval, edged with a convex band. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the bottle is shown in a front view, fig. 2 - the bottle is shown in a side view from the side of the flattened side, fig. 3 - the bottle is shown the bottle in a side view from the other side, fig. 4 - shows the bottle in a top view, and fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle with a truncated cone-shaped cap 1 with a top-opening hinged flap has a body 2, which in cross-section has the shape of an oval 3 flattened at one end and is formed by an arched front wall 4 and a rear wall 5, which in their central part have an inwardly recessed, oblique, band-like surface, limited by an upper, rounded edge 6 and a lower, rounded edge 7, wherein the upper part of the body 2 ends with an outwardly rounded surface 8.
