Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a screw cap.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Butelka z zakretka o ksztalcie stozka scietego, wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma korpus, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu i utworzony jest z lukowo wyoblonej czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany, które w czesci srodkowej maja wglebione do wewnatrz powierzchnie o obrysie prostokata, którego jeden, górny bok stanowi lukowe sklepienie, przy czym górna czesc korpusu zakonczona zakretka ma mimosrodowo przemieszczona wylewke utworzona przez oble sciany.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry. A bottle with a cone-shaped cap, according to the pattern, is characterized by the fact that it has a body which in cross-section has a shape similar to an oval and is made of an arcuate curved front wall and a rear wall, which in the central part have surfaces with a contour recessed towards the inside a rectangle, the upper side of which is an arched ceiling, the upper part of the body with an end cap with an eccentrically displaced spout formed by round walls. The object of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where in Fig. 1 - the bottle is shown in a front view, Fig. 2 - the bottle is shown in side view and in fig. 3 - the bottle is shown in top view.

Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z zakretka 1 o ksztalcie stozka scietego ma korpus 2 , który w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu 3. Korpus 2 utworzony jest z lukowo wyoblonej czolowej sciany 4 i tylnej sciany 5, które w czesci srodkowej maja wglebione do wewnatrz powierzchnie 6 i 7 o obrysie prostokata, którego jeden, górny bok 8 stanowi lukowe sklepienie. Górna czesc korpusu 2 zakonczona zakretka 1 ma mimosrodowo przemieszczona wylewke utworzona przez oble sciany 9 i 10. The body 2 is made of an arched front wall 4 and a rear wall 5, which in the central part have sunken inwards surfaces 6 and 7 with a rectangular contour, one upper side 8 of which is an arched vault. The upper part of the body 2 is finished with a cap 1 having an eccentrically displaced spout formed by round walls 9 and 10.
