Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt i utworzony jest przez czolowa sciane i tylna sciane. Boczny zarys korpusu butelki i zamkniecia w obrebie czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany ma ksztalt prostokata, zaokraglonego w poblizu wkleslego dna i lukowo wypuklego w górnej czesci zamkniecia, które ma lukowo wypukla dolna krawedz. Dno butelki ma ksztalt owalu obrzezonego eliptyczna opaska. W widoku z góry korpus ma ksztalt wydluzonego owalu, zakonczonego lukowymi krzywiznami o malym promieniu iprostych scianach, a pod zamknieciem korpus ma cylindryczna szyjke zaopatrzona w dwa stozkowe wystepy, gdzie szyjka spoczywa na owalnym przewezeniu. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok tylnej strony butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke wraz z zamknieciem w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna, fig. 5 - przedstawiono ksztalt górnej czesci butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 6. Korpus 1 butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt i utworzony jest przez czolowa sciane 2 i tylna sciane 3. The industrial design registration right is valid from: December 31, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure. The body of the bottle has a spindle-shaped shape and is formed by a front wall and a back wall. The lateral outline of the bottle body and the closure within the front wall and back wall is rectangular, rounded near the concave bottom and arched convex at the top of the closure, which has an arched convex lower edge. The bottle's bottom is shaped like an oval bordered by an elliptical band. Viewed from above, the body is an elongated oval, terminating in arcuate curves with a small radius and straight walls. Beneath the closure, the body has a cylindrical neck with two conical protrusions, where the neck rests on an oval constriction. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the front view of the bottle with the closure; Fig. 2 shows the back view of the bottle with the closure; Fig. 3 shows the bottle with the closure from the side; Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom; Fig. 5 shows the shape of the top part of the bottle. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 6. The body 1 of the bottle has a spindle-shaped shape and is formed by a front wall 2 and a rear wall 3. The side outline of the body 1 within the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 has a rectangular shape, rounded near the concave bottom 4 and arched convex in the upper part 5 of the closure 6, which has an arched convex lower edge 7. The bottom 4 has an oval shape bordered by an elliptical band 11. In a top view, the body 1 has the shape of an elongated oval 8, terminated by arched curves 9 of a small radius and straight walls 10, and under the closure 6, the body 1 has a cylindrical neck 12 provided with two conical projections 13, where the neck 12 rests on an oval narrowing 14. Essential features of the industrial design A bottle with a closure, characterized in that it has a spindle-shaped body (1) formed by a front wall (2) and a rear wall (3), the lateral outline of which within the front wall (2) and the rear wall (3) has the shape of a rectangle, rounded near the concave bottom (4) in the shape of an oval edged with an elliptical band (11) and an arch-convex upper part (5) of the closure (6), which has an arch-convex lower edge (7), wherein in a top view the body (i) has the shape of an elongated oval (8), terminated with arch-shaped curves (9) with a small radius and straight walls (10). and under the closure (6) the body (i) has a cylindrical neck (12) provided with two conical projections (13), where the neck (12) rests on an oval throat (14), as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
