Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka z zamknieciem wedlug wzoru ma korpus, który ma wybrzuszona lukowo czesc srodkowa, która w przekroju poprzecznym do osi wzdluznej butelki ma ksztalt owalu, a od spodu zaopatrzona jest w dno o ksztalcie sferycznego owalnegowglebienia, zas w górnej czesci korpus polaczony jest lukowym, owalnym sklepieniem z cylindrycznym pierscieniem, na którym spoczywa stozkowa opaska i cylindryczna szyjka, przy czym na plaskiej obwodowej powierzchni spoczywa podstawa zamkniecia, którego obrys w widoku od przodu i od tylu ma ksztalt trapezu z bocznymi tworzacymi w postaci luków, gdzie w górnej czesci zamkniecia jest przykrywka polaczona z nim nierozlacznie za pomoca zawiasu zaopatrzonego w zaczepy, gdzie przykrywka od góry ma plaska powierzchnie o ksztalcie owalu, a boczne jej sciany maja ksztalt zblizony do trójkata i ma lukowa krawedz nad która jest lukowy wystep. The right to register an ornamental design is valid from: 19 March 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle with a closure. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with a closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. A bottle with a closure according to the model has a body which has a bulging arched central part which in a cross-section to the longitudinal axis of the bottle has the shape of an oval and at the bottom is provided with a bottom in the shape of a spherical oval recess, while in the upper part the body is connected by an arched, oval vault with a cylindrical ring on which a conical band and a cylindrical neck rest, while the base of the closure rests on the flat peripheral surface, the outline of which in a front and back view has the shape of a trapezium with side generatrixes in the form of arcs, where in the upper part of the closure there is a cover connected to it inseparably by means of a hinge provided with hooks, where the cover at the top has a flat surface in the shape of an oval and its side walls have a shape close to a triangle and has an arced edge above which there is an arced protrusion. As shown in the drawing, the body 1 of the bottle is provided with a closure 12 and has a bulging arched central part 3, which in a cross-section to the longitudinal axis of the bottle has the shape of an oval 2, and at the bottom is provided with a bottom 4 in the shape of a spherical oval recess 5. In the upper part, the body 1 is connected by an arched, oval vault 6 with a cylindrical ring 7, on which a conical band 8 and a cylindrical neck 9 rest, while on the flat peripheral surface 10 rests the base 11 of the closure 12, the outline of which in the front and back view has the shape of a trapezoid 13 with side generatrixes in the form of arcs 14. In the upper part of the closure 12 there is a cover 15 connected to it inseparably by means of a hinge 16 provided with catches 17.
