Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 26 lutego 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru ma korpus, który w przekroju poprzecznym do jej osi wzdluznej ma ksztalt owalu i zaopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej czesc srodkowa ma w przekroju poprzecznym do osiwzdluznej korpusu ksztalt owalu, który od spodu zaopatrzony jest w dno o ksztalcie sferycznego, owalnego wglebienia, zas w górnej czesci korpus polaczony jest lukowym, owalnym sklepieniem z cylindrycznym pierscieniem, na którym spoczywa cylindryczna opaska i cylindryczna szyjka zaopatrzona w zwoje gwintu. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma korpus 1, który w przekroju poprzecznym do jej osi wzdluznej ma ksztalt owalu 2 i zaopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke 3. Korpus 1 ma od spodu dno 4 o ksztalcie sferycznego owalnego wglebienia 5, zas w górnej czesci korpus 1 polaczony jest lukowym, owalnym sklepieniem 6 z cylindrycznym pierscieniem 7, na którym spoczywa cylindryczna opaska 8 i cylindryczna szyjka 3 zaopatrzona w zwoje gwintu 9. According to the pattern, the bottle has a body which is oval in cross-section to its longitudinal axis and is provided with a threaded neck, characterized by the fact that its central part is oval-shaped in cross-section to the longitudinal axis of the body, which at the bottom is provided with a bottom of in the shape of a spherical, oval indentation, and in the upper part, the body is connected by an arched, oval vault with a cylindrical ring on which rests a cylindrical band and a cylindrical neck with threads. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the bottle is shown in front view, fig. 2 - the bottle is shown in side view, fig. 3 - the bottle is shown in top view, and in fig. 4 - the bottle as seen from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a body 1 which, in cross-section to its longitudinal axis, has the shape of an oval 2 and is provided with a threaded neck 3.
