Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 26 lutego 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru ma korpus, który w przekroju poprzecznym do jej osi wzdluznej ma ksztalt owalu i zaopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej czesc srodkowa ma w przekroju poprzecznym do osiwzdluznej korpusu ksztalt owalu, który od spodu zaopatrzony jest w dno o ksztalcie sferycznego, owalnego wglebienia, zas w górnej czesci korpus polaczony jest lukowym, owalnym sklepieniem z cylindrycznym pierscieniem, na którym spoczywa cylindryczna opaska i cylindryczna szyjka zaopatrzona w zwoje gwintu. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma korpus 1, który w przekroju poprzecznym do jej osi wzdluznej ma ksztalt owalu 2 i zaopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke 3. Korpus 1 ma od spodu dno 4 o ksztalcie sferycznego owalnego wglebienia 5, zas w górnej czesci korpus 1 polaczony jest lukowym, owalnym sklepieniem 6 z cylindrycznym pierscieniem 7, na którym spoczywa cylindryczna opaska 8 i cylindryczna szyjka 3 zaopatrzona w zwoje gwintu 9. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, has a body that is oval in cross-section to its longitudinal axis and is equipped with a threaded neck. It is characterized in that its central section is oval in cross-section to the longitudinal axis of the body, which is provided with a bottom in the shape of a spherical, oval recess at the bottom, while at the top, the body is connected by an arched, oval vault with a cylindrical ring on which rests a cylindrical band and a cylindrical neck equipped with threaded turns. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a body 1, which in a cross-section to its longitudinal axis has the shape of an oval 2 and is provided with a threaded neck 3. The body 1 has a bottom 4 at the bottom in the shape of a spherical oval recess 5, while in the upper part the body 1 is connected by an arched, oval vault 6 with a cylindrical ring 7, on which rests a cylindrical band 8 and a cylindrical neck 3 provided with thread turns 9.
