Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru ma korpus, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt elipsy, a w widoku z boku ma ksztalt nieregularnego owalu, przy czym korpus ma w górnej czesci gwintowana walcowa szyjke posiadajaca u nasady cylindryczny kolnierz spoczywajacy na cylindrycznym pierscieniu, który laczy sie lukowym wyoble-niem z czolowa sciana oraz laczy sie drugim lukowym wyobleniem z tylna sciana. Czolowa sciana i tylna sciana zbiegaja sie u wglebionego dnia, które ma ksztalt sferycznego owalu i obrzezone jest owalnym, wypuklym pierscieniem. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna, fig. 6 - przedstawiono na fotografii dwa ujecia tej samej butelki w widoku z obu boków, fig. 7 - przedstawiono na fotografii dwa ujecia tej samej butelki w widoku od tylu oraz w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 8 - przedstawiono na fotografii butelke zaopatrzona w zakretke. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma korpus 1, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt elipsy 2, a w widoku z boku ma ksztalt nieregularnego owalu 3. Korpus 1 ma w górnej czesci gwintowana walcowa szyjke 4 posiadajaca u nasady cylindryczny kolnierz 5 spoczywajacy ma cylindrycznym pierscieniu 6 , który laczy sie lukowym wyobleniem 7 z czolowa sciana 8 oraz laczy sie lukowym wyobleniem 9 z tylna sciana 10 . Czolowa sciana 8 i tylna sciana 10 zbiegaja sie u wglebionego dna 11, które ma ksztalt sferycznego owalu i obrzezone jest owalnym, wypuklym pierscieniem 12. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, has a body that in cross-section is shaped like an ellipse and in a side view has the shape of an irregular oval. The body has a threaded cylindrical neck in the upper part, having a cylindrical collar at the base resting on a cylindrical ring, which connects with the front wall by an arc and connects with the rear wall by a second arc. The front and rear walls converge at a recessed bottom, which has the shape of a spherical oval and is surrounded by an oval, convex ring. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the back, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the top, Fig. 5 shows the bottle from the bottom, Fig. 6 shows two views of the same bottle from both sides, Fig. 7 shows two views of the same bottle from the back and the front, and Fig. 8 shows a bottle with a cap. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a body 1 which in cross-section has the shape of an ellipse 2, and in a side view has the shape of an irregular oval 3. The body 1 has in its upper part a threaded cylindrical neck 4 having at its base a cylindrical collar 5 resting on a cylindrical ring 6 which is connected by an arc-shaped recess 7 to the front wall 8 and is connected by an arc-shaped recess 9 to the rear wall 10.
