Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru ma korpus, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt elipsy, a w widoku z boku ma ksztalt splaszczonego z jednej strony owalu. Korpus ma w górnej czesci gwintowana walcowa szyjke posiadajaca u nasady cylindryczny kolnierz i cylindryczny pierscien laczacy sie lukowym wyobleniem z czolowa sciana oraz laczacy sie lukowym wyobleniem z tylna sciana która w swejsrodkowej czesci ma przewezenie utworzone przez lukowe krawedzie przebiegajace od górnej czesci butelki, az po jej wglebione dno, które ma ksztalt owalu i obrzezone jest owalnym, wypuklym pierscieniem. Tylna sciana 10 w srodkowej czesci ma przewezenie H utworzone przez lukowe krawedzie 12 przebiegajace od górnej czesci butelki, az po jej wglebione dno 13, które ma ksztalt owalu i obrzezone jest owalnym, wypuklym pierscieniem 14. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. According to the design, the bottle has a body that in cross-section is an ellipse, and in a side view, it has the shape of an oval, flattened on one side. The body has a threaded cylindrical neck in its upper part with a cylindrical collar at its base and a cylindrical ring connected by an arc to the front wall and connected by an arc to the rear wall, which in its central part has a narrowing formed by arced edges running from the upper part of the bottle to its recessed bottom, which is oval in shape and is rimmed with an oval, convex ring. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing and photograph, where fig. 1 shows the bottle in a side view, fig. 2 shows the bottle in a back view, fig. 3 shows the bottle in a front view, fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view, fig. 6 shows two views of the same bottle in a view from both sides, fig. 7 shows two views of the same bottle in a back view and a front view, and fig. 8 shows a bottle with a cap. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a body 1, which in cross-section has the shape of an ellipse 2, and in a side view has the shape of an oval 3 flattened on one side. The body 1 has in its upper part a threaded cylindrical neck 4 having at its base a cylindrical collar 5 and a cylindrical ring 6 connected by an arcuate 7 to the front wall 8 and connected by an arcuate 9 to the rear wall 10. The rear wall 10 in its central part has a narrowing H formed by arcuate edges 12 running from the upper part of the bottle to its recessed bottom 13, which has an oval shape and is rimmed with an oval, convex ring 14.
