Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka ma postac wydluzonego walca z podstawa w formie polaczonych ze soba wystepów, z których kazdy w widoku z boku ma ksztalt odwróconego trójkata ze scietym wierzcholkiem i gdzie walcowa czesc butelki polaczona jest z czescia górna utworzona z obrotu nachylonej czesci luku wzgledem wzdluznej osi symetrii i polaczona jest z walcowa szyjka zaopatrzona w gwint. W czesci srodkowej walcowa czesc ma wglebienie o ksztalcie zlozonym z dwóch falistych, przylegajacych do siebie wypuklych opasek o lukowym ksztalcie wypuklosci, które lacza sie ze soba opasujac caly obwód butelki, przy czym dolna igórna czesc linii falistej tworzy wzdluz obwodu butelki cztery wypukle czesci i cztery wklesle czesci. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - widok butelki od strony dna, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku aksonometrycznym od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma postac wydluzonego walca 1 z podstawa 2 w formie polaczonych ze soba wystepów 3 z których kazdy w widoku z boku ma ksztalt odwróconego trójkata ze scietym wierzcholkiem. Walcowa czesc 1 polaczona jest z czescia górna 4 utworzona z obrotu nachylonej czesci luku wzgledem wzdluznej osi symetrii i polaczona jest z walcowa szyjka 5 zaopatrzona w gwint 6. W czesci srodkowej walcowa czesc 1_ ma wglebienie o ksztalcie zlozonym z dwóch falistych, przylegajacych do siebie wypuklych opasek 7 o lukowym ksztalcie wypuklosci, które lacza sie ze soba opasujac caly obwód butelki, przy czym dolna i górna czesc linii falistej tworzy wzdluz obwodu butelki cztery wypukle czesci 8 i cztery wklesle czesci 9. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle has the form of an elongated cylinder with a base in the form of interconnected projections, each of which, when viewed from the side, has the shape of an inverted triangle with a truncated top. Where the cylindrical part of the bottle is connected to the upper part, formed by rotating the inclined part of the arc around the longitudinal axis of symmetry and connected to a cylindrical neck fitted with a thread. In its central part, the cylindrical part has a recess in a shape composed of two wavy, adjacent, convex bands with arc-shaped convexities that interconnect, encircling the entire circumference of the bottle, with the lower and upper parts of the wavy line forming four convex parts and four concave parts along the circumference of the bottle. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a back view, Fig. 3 - a view of the bottle from the bottom, and Fig. 4 - an axonometric view of the bottle from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has the form of an elongated cylinder 1 with a base 2 in the form of interconnected projections 3, each of which in a side view has the shape of an inverted triangle with a truncated top.
