Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with a closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle with a closure according to the pattern has a body widening from the bottom to the top, which in the upper part is connected by an arched, oval vault with an oval ring on which a snap-fastened closure rests with the outline of the front wall in the shape of a trapezoid rounded at the top, where the body in a cross-section to the longitudinal axis has the shape of an oval and is provided in the upper part with a cylindrical neck, which in the lower cylindrical part has a band in the shape of a truncated cone having two opposite rectangular stagings on the circumference, where the oval bottom is flattened at the ends and has a spherical, oval recess edged with convex, arch-shaped edges divided by flat outlets. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a body 1 widening from the bottom upwards, which is equipped at the top with a snap-on closure 2 with the outline of the front wall in the shape of a trapezoid curved at the top. In cross-section to the longitudinal axis, the body 1 has an oval shape 3 and is provided in its upper part with a cylindrical neck 4, which in its lower cylindrical part 5 has a band 6 in the shape of a truncated cone having two opposite rectangular chamfers 7 on its circumference. The body 1 has an oval bottom 8 flattened at the ends 9 and having a spherical, oval recess 10 rimmed with convex, arc-shaped edges H separated by flat outlets 12.
