Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru ma korpus, który w widoku z przodu i w widoku z tylu ma ksztalt zblizony do wrzeciona i zaopatrzony jest od góry w gwintowana szyjke spoczywajaca na cylindrycznym kolnierzu o nasadzie w ksztalcie wypuklych luków oraz wkleslych luków. Czolowa sciana i tylna sciana maja owalne wglebienie. Na bocznych scianach w ich srodkowej czesci sa elipsoidalne wglebienia, a w dolnejczesci tych scian sa splaszczenia o ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego, którego dwa równe ramiona maja postac luków o duzym promieniu. W widoku z góry korpus ma ksztalt rozciagnietego owalu, a w widoku z dolu, wklesle dno ma ksztalt prostokata o lukowo zakonczonych dluzszych bokach i otoczone jest wyoblonym prostokatnym pierscieniem. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, has a body that, in front and rear views, is shaped similarly to a spindle and is provided with a threaded neck at the top resting on a cylindrical collar with a base shaped like convex and concave arcs. The front and rear walls have an oval recess. The side walls in their central part have ellipsoidal recesses, and the lower portions of these walls have flattened areas in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the two equal legs of which are arcs of large radius. When viewed from above, the body has the shape of a stretched oval, and when viewed from below, the concave bottom has the shape of a rectangle with arched longer sides and is surrounded by a rounded rectangular ring. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a body 1 which, in the front and rear views, has a shape similar to a spindle and is provided at the top with a threaded neck 2 resting on a cylindrical collar 3 with a base in the shape of convex arcs 16a and 15b and concave arcs 16a and 16b. The front wall 4 and the rear wall 5 have an oval recess 6 and 7. On the side wall 8 in its central part there are ellipsoidal recesses 10a, 10b, 10e, similarly to the side wall 9 in its central part there are ellipsoidal recesses 10d, 10e, 10f. In the lower part of walls 8 and 9 there are flattenings 11 and 12 in the shape of an isosceles triangle, whose two equal legs 13 and 14 are in the form of arcs with a large radius. In the top view, the body 1 has the shape of a stretched oval 17, and in the bottom view, the concave bottom 18 has the shape of a rectangle with longer sides ending in arcs and is surrounded by a rounded rectangular ring 19. The bottle closure is a cork-type lid 20 with a hinged lid 21. PL PL PL
