Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 19 listopada 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru ma korpus, który w widoku z przodu i w widoku z tylu ma ksztalt zblizony do wrzeciona i zaopatrzony jest od góry w gwintowana szyjke spoczywajaca na cylindrycznym kolnierzu o nasadzie w ksztalcie wypuklych luków oraz wkleslych luków. Czolowa sciana i tylna sciana maja owalne wglebienie. Na bocznych scianach w ich srodkowej czesci sa elipsoidalne wglebienia, a w dolnejczesci tych scian sa splaszczenia o ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego, którego dwa równe ramiona maja postac luków o duzym promieniu. W widoku z góry korpus ma ksztalt rozciagnietego owalu, a w widoku z dolu, wklesle dno ma ksztalt prostokata o lukowo zakonczonych dluzszych bokach i otoczone jest wyoblonym prostokatnym pierscieniem. Na bocznej scianie 8 w jej srodkowej czesci sa elipsoidalne wglebienia lOa, lOb, 10e, podobnie jak na bocznej scianie 9 w jej srodkowej czesci sa elipsoidalne wglebienia 10d. 10e, 10f. W dolnej czesci scian8 i 9 sa splaszczenia 11 i 12 o ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego, którego dwa równe ramiona 13 i 14 maja postac luków o duzym promieniu. W widoku z góry korpus 1 ma ksztalt rozciagnietego owalu 17, a w widoku z dolu wklesle dno 18 ma ksztalt prostokata o lukowo zakonczonych dluzszych bokach i otoczone jest wyoblonym prostokatnym pierscieniem 19. Zamkniecie butelki stanowi korko-klapka 20 z uchylnie otwierana klapka 21. PLBottle The right from registration of an industrial design has been in force since: November 19, 2001. The subject of an industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a bottle with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The patterned bottle has a body similar in shape to the spindle in the front and rear views and is provided with a threaded neck at the top resting on a cylindrical collar with a convex hatch and concave arches. The front wall and the back wall have an oval indentation. On the side walls in their central part there are ellipsoidal depressions, and in the lower part of these walls there are flattenings in the shape of an isosceles triangle, two equal arms of which have the form of arches with a large radius. In the top view, the body has the shape of an extended oval, and in the bottom view, the concave bottom has a rectangular shape with arched long sides and is surrounded by a curved rectangular ring. As shown in the figure, the bottle has a body 1 which in the front view and the rear view has a shape similar to a spindle and is provided from above with a threaded neck 2 resting on a cylindrical flange 3 with a root in the shape of convex arches 16a and 15b and concave hatches 16a and 16b. The front wall 4 and the rear wall 5 have oval indentations 6 and 7. On the side wall 8 in its central part there are ellipsoidal depressions 10a, 10b, 10e, as on the side wall 9 in its middle part there are ellipsoidal depressions 10d. 10e, 10f. At the bottom of the walls 8 and 9 there are flatten 11 and 12 in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the two equal arms 13 and 14 of which are in the form of large radius arches. In the top view, the body 1 has the shape of an extended oval 17, and in the bottom view, the concave bottom 18 has a rectangular shape with arched longer sides and is surrounded by a curved rectangular ring 19.
