Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru ma korpus z odchylona katowo czescia wylewowa, zaopatrzona w walcowa, gwintowana szyjke i szyjke z wystepem o ksztalcie stozka scietego, spoczywajace na dwuczlonowym pierscieniu o ksztalcie stozka scietego i walca. Czesc wylewowa w przekroju prostopadlym do osi szyjki maksztalt splaszczonej po obu stronach elipsy, przy czym z jednej strony zarys butelki tworzy wypukla linia i wklesla linia, natomiast z drugiej strony zarys butelki tworzy prosta linia laczaca sie z wklesla linia która przechodzi w wypukla linie. W srodkowej czesci korpus butelki ma wklesla powierzchnie zajmujaca obszar po obu bocznych jego stronach i tylnej stronie butelki, ograniczony zaokraglona krawedzia której ksztalt zlozony jest z prostego odcinka, wypuklego luku, wkleslego luku, zaokraglenia i odcinków prostych umieszczonych w poblizu dna, którego obrys ma ksztalt splaszczonego, owalnego pierscienia zaopatrzonego w dwa eliptyczne wglebienia. Obrys dna 16 ma ksztalt splaszczonego, owalnego pierscienia 17 zaopatrzonego w eliptyczne wglebienia 18 i 19. PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since November 2001. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, has a body with an angled spout, equipped with a cylindrical, threaded neck, and a neck with a truncated cone-shaped projection, resting on a two-part ring in the shape of a truncated cone and a cylinder. The spout, in a cross-section perpendicular to the neck axis, has the shape of an ellipse flattened on both sides, with one side of the bottle outline being formed by a convex line and a concave line, while on the other side, the bottle outline is formed by a straight line connecting the concave line, which then merges into a convex line. In its central part, the bottle body has a concave surface occupying the area on both lateral sides and the rear side of the bottle, limited by a rounded edge whose shape is composed of a straight section, a convex arc, a concave arc, a rounding and straight sections placed near the bottom, the outline of which has the shape of a flattened, oval ring provided with two elliptical recesses. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a body 1 with an angularly inclined pouring part 2 provided with a threaded neck 3 and a neck 20 with a projection 21 in the shape of a truncated cone, resting on a two-part ring 4 in the shape of a truncated cone and a cylinder, wherein the neck 3 serves to fasten the cap 23, while the neck 20 together with the projection 21 serves to snap-fit the conical cap 22. The pouring part 2 in a cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the neck 3 has the shape of an ellipse 3 flattened on both sides, wherein on one side the outline of the bottle is formed by a convex line 5 and a concave line 6, while on the other side the outline of the bottle is formed by a straight line 7 connecting with the concave line 8, which turns into a convex line 9. In the central part, the body 1 of the bottle has a concave surface 10 occupying the area on both its lateral sides and the rear side of the bottle, limited by a rounded edge, the shape of which is composed of a straight section 11, a convex arc 12, a concave arc 13, a rounding 14 and straight sections 15a, 15b and 15c placed near the bottom 16. The outline of the bottom 16 has the shape of a flattened, oval ring 17 provided with elliptical recesses 18 and 19.
