Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru ma korpus z odchylona katowo czescia wylewowa, zaopatrzona w walcowa, gwintowana szyjke i szyjke z wystepem o ksztalcie stozka scietego, spoczywajace na dwuczlonowym pierscieniu o ksztalcie stozka scietego i walca. Czesc wylewowa w przekroju prostopadlym do osi szyjki maksztalt splaszczonej po obu stronach elipsy, przy czym z jednej strony zarys butelki tworzy wypukla linia i wklesla linia, natomiast z drugiej strony zarys butelki tworzy prosta linia laczaca sie z wklesla linia która przechodzi w wypukla linie. W srodkowej czesci korpus butelki ma wklesla powierzchnie zajmujaca obszar po obu bocznych jego stronach i tylnej stronie butelki, ograniczony zaokraglona krawedzia której ksztalt zlozony jest z prostego odcinka, wypuklego luku, wkleslego luku, zaokraglenia i odcinków prostych umieszczonych w poblizu dna, którego obrys ma ksztalt splaszczonego, owalnego pierscienia zaopatrzonego w dwa eliptyczne wglebienia. PLBottle The right to register an industrial design has been in force since November 2001. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a bottle with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, has a body with an angularly deflected pouring part, provided with a cylindrical, threaded neck and a neck with a cone-shaped projection, resting on a two-membered cone-shaped ring and cylinder. The pouring part, perpendicular to the axis of the neck, is shaped like a flattened ellipse on both sides, where the outline of the bottle is formed by a convex line and a concave line on the one hand, while on the other hand the outline of the bottle is formed by a straight line joining a concave line that turns into convex lines. In the central part, the body of the bottle has a concave surface occupying the area on both its lateral sides and the rear side of the bottle, delimited by a rounded edge whose shape is composed of a straight section, a convex hatch, a concave hatch, rounding and straight sections located near the bottom, whose outline is shaped like a flattened oval ring with two elliptical indentations. As shown in the figure, the bottle has a body 1 with an angled pouring portion 2 provided with a threaded neck 3 and a neck 20 with a cone-shaped projection 21 resting on a taper-shaped two-piece ring 4 and a cylinder, the neck 3 being used to attach the nut 23, while the neck 20 together with the projection 21 serves to snap-fit the conical cap 22. The pouring part 2, in a cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the neck 3, has the shape of an ellipse 3, flattened on both sides, with the outline of the bottle being formed by a convex line 5 and a concave line on one side. 6, while on the other hand the outline of the bottle is formed by a straight line 7 joining the concave line 8, which becomes convex lines 9.
