Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku tylu, fig.4- butelke w wioku z góry, fig.5- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.6- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.7- butelke w widoku z dolu.Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca kor- pus z szyjka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie czworoboku z lukowatymi bokami, w której sciany boczne sa wypukle od dolu, nastepnie wkles le,w przyblizeniu w polowie wysokosci, oraz w czesci górnej sa znów wypukle, przy czym wysokosc korpusu bez szyjki kol- nierza jest okolo 2,9 razy wieksza od szerokosci sciany przedniej lub tylnej, mierzonej w jej najwezszym miejscu. Po- nadto na górnej plaskiej scianie bryly usytuowana jest dwu- segmentowa walcowa szyjka z obwodowym wystepem pomiedzy seg- mentami, zas w polu dna butelki widoczne sa dwie wkleslosci, kazda majaca, w widoku z góry, zarys w przyblizeniu trójk^u? równobocznego. Srednica dolnego segmentu szyjki jest nieco mniejsza od szerokosci sciany przedniej i tylnej, mierzo v .ej w jej najwezszym miejscu i okolo 1,5 razy mniejsza od odleg- losci scian bocznych korpusu, mierzonej w podstawie korpusu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.5 FIG.6 PLBottle The design registration right is valid from: 14 August 2002 Priority: 15 February 2002 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, fig. 5 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 6 - the bottle in a view from the other side, and fig. 7 - the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle according to the industrial design, including a body with a neck, has the following essential features: the body has the shape of a solid with a quadrangular base with arched sides, in which the side walls are convex from the bottom, then concave, approximately at half the height, and are convex again in the upper part, wherein the height of the body without the neck of the collar is approximately 2.9 times greater than the width of the front or back wall, measured at its narrowest point. Furthermore, on the upper flat wall of the solid, there is a two-segment cylindrical neck with a circumferential projection between the segments, while in the bottom of the bottle, two concavities are visible, each having, in a top view, the outline of an approximately equilateral triangle. The diameter of the lower neck segment is slightly smaller than the width of the front and rear walls, measured at its narrowest point, and approximately 1.5 times smaller than the distance between the side walls of the body, measured at the base of the body, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1 to 7.
