Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3- butelke w widoku z tylu, fig.4- butelke w widoku z gó- ry, fig. 5- butelke w widoku z dolu, fig.,6- butelke w widoku z boku, a fig.7- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru, obejmujaca korpus z cylin- dryczna szyjka z gwintem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt bryly, której sciana przednia i sciana tylna ma zarys linii lukowatej w czesci górnej oraz zarys linii lama-nej w czesci srodkowej i dolnej, przy czym sciana boczna przebiega wypukle w czesci górnej i skosnie do wnetrza w czesci srodkowej. Krawedz pomiedzy czescia górna i srodkowa butelki ma zarys lukowaty. W czesci dolnej sciana boczna przebiega skosnie w kierunku dna, przy czym krawedz pomiedzy czescia srodkowa i dolna butelki na scianie bocznej ma zarys lukowaty, a na scianie przedniej i tylnej ma zarys linii prostej. Ponadto w czesci srodkowej sciany bocznej, od strony sciany tylnej butelki, usytuowane sa trzy obszary o zarysach paraboli. Ponizej szyjki usytuowany jest kolnierz majacy ksztalt stozka scietego. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the bottle in a side view, and fig. 7 - the bottle in a view from the other side. The bottle according to the model, comprising a body with a cylindrical neck with a thread, is characterized in that the body has a solid shape, the front and rear walls of which have an arcuate outline in the upper part and a broken line outline in the middle and lower parts, with the side wall running convex in the upper part and obliquely inward in the middle part. The edge between the upper and middle parts of the bottle has an arcuate outline. In the lower part, the side wall runs obliquely towards the bottom, with the edge between the middle and lower parts of the bottle having an arcuate outline on the side wall and a straight line outline on the front and rear walls. Furthermore, in the middle part of the side wall, facing the rear wall of the bottle, there are three areas with parabolic outlines. Below the neck is a collar in the shape of a truncated cone.
